The restaurant is always clean. Drive through ordering can be hit or miss but I've also never returned to allow them to fix my order. Customer service is generally positive but it can be difficult to get anyone to acknowledge you for a minute or more. The drive through window definitely takes precedence here. The best method to getting a great order is to place it via the website or Door Dash pick up.
2 screens to order from. Nobody present at counter. Paying cash adds to the wait times. Obviously ordering without the using the screen menu will add to the wait. I recommend ordering at the drive-through and eating inside. It’s was very clean on my visit. Free WiFi was a plus.

The last 3 or 4 orders I've gotten from here have been sloppy and wrong, even when they weren't busy. They never give me the sauce I order (through the app), and the order I picked up today didn't have potatoes in the spicy potato soft tacos. Don't waste your time here.
We went to inside to eat but after going inside and seeing how disgusting dirty it was, we decided to eat in the car. It looked like the floors hadn't been cleaned in weeks, most of the tables were dirty. My husband went to get a mild sauce and immediately put them down, they all sticky and gross. I asked the girl behind the counter for some. Staff was not friendly at all.
Normal Taco Bell. It is hard to get to if you drive in the wrong way. Food was ok, but they made me drive all the way around building again for a drive thru order to go sit in the mobile parking space. There wasn’t a single person around In the drive thu. Why did I have to move. Who knows.
I stopped by the Broadway location for a quick lunch break and I was completely disappointed. The person in drive thru that took my order was extremely rude and didn't even let me finish my sentence before asking "anything else?" When I got to the window she opened her window and just held out her hand for my payment. She didn't speak one single word to me as she cashed out my order and handed my food to me. There were no napkins or hot sauce in the bag. I waited for her to come back and I asked for napkins and my receipt and she rudely threw my receipt out the window at me. I ordered a grilled cheese seasoned beef burrito and asked for double the beef and did not get it. This store charges more than other local Taco Bells and the service along with the food is horrible!! This kind of customer service is ridiculous and shouldn't be tolerated by management. This isn't the first time I've had this issue with this particular store. I will definitely NOT be returning. Taco Bell on 75th and evergreen Way is always friendly and I've never had any issues with them or their service. DO BETTER!!
This Taco Bell location specifically charges $1.40 to swap meat with beans. Not add, not as an upcharge, but to remove meat and add beans.
Taco Bell always prides itself on a wide selection of vegetarian options, and substituting meat with beans plays a large part in that role.
The greed of this location's owner is extremely disappointing to see. Meat costs MORE than beans, if anything it should be cheaper to sub for beans.
This Taco Bell will only give you one sauce packet per item, even when you request more. Won’t be back simply because I need three packets per item. Doubtful that Taco Bell is going bankrupt over some sauce packets.
