I try to uplift local business. However, as my wife and I were in this Taco Bell, we observed a total lack of professionalism. The floor under the prep station was covered in dropped tacos and food stuff along with empty food bags. An off duty employee brought a baby in and allowed the child to walk all over the sales counter. After she left, no one bothered to clean the counter top. None of the tables in the dining area were cleaned out ready for customers. I attempted to ask the order taker for a clean rag to wipe the table with and had to wait for the staff to finish guessing which bank the teller used. One of the preppers was at the preparation line with his pants below his butt. My wife and I decided to leave and will probably not return.
I seem to have the worst luck when it comes to Taco Bells. I got off work late and placed a mobile order here at around 10:45pm on a Monday for a meal with a couple modifications. I check in at the drive thru speaker and I am told to pull around to their mobile pickup parking spaces, which I had no problem with. Maybe 5-10 minutes later someone brought out a bag with all my items in it, but they were made without the mods I had asked for. I pull back around to the window to let them know, and I am told to pull back around to the mobile pickup spot again, and I do. A few minutes after that the person who was at the window came out to my car and told me she needed to take the bag they gave me, so I gave it to her. Maybe 10 or so minutes go by and another person comes out to my car to explain that they ran out of beef (i had four total items, one chicken, one potatoes, and two beef, and the two items which were wrong were the beef items) and he could make them with steak or chicken, or I would have to wait 30 minutes for beef. I agreed to chicken and he went back inside. Some more time goes by and they bring out a new bag to me that only included the items which they remade. I pulled back around to the window and the person who came outside to tell them I was missing the other half of my order and he hands me another bag and tells me he had to make it with steak because they ran out of chicken (this item was the chicken one and was already made correctly before I had to give back my bag). He then gets me my last item and along with it a voucher for a free taco which expired 3 months ago.
Edit: I forgot to mention that when I got home, items were STILL wrong even when I was asked by the person making them who came to my car window.
Went through the drive thru about 2 weeks ago. We were greeted and told that the fryer and grill machine was not working. So we ordered... then we were told they couldn't make what we wanted because they only had steak and only enough for maybe 1 burrito, not 2????. Our order ended up being about $14. Don't remember the exact amount because we never got a receipt. The food we got was disappointing. I know it was close to closing but...really!
Our questionable bean burrito was missing the red sauce and onions. The steak burrito supreme was missing the sauce and sour cream, but they remembered to charge us for the extra onions. Last, the soft steak taco was supposed to be supreme and what we got was just the steak, cheese and lettuce. So disappointing! I don't mind paying for the extras, but when they leave out some ingredients; they don't give you a credit for whats missing????. It doesn't matter if they repeat your order back; it's still made wrong! Even emailed customer service about my experience, and no response, wow! Can't even enjoy fast food anymore or go through the drive thru.
We arrived late on a Friday night with 30 students and 10 adults. The staff was kind, attentive and hard working. Once everyone had their food, employees took the time to walk around and check on everyone. Thank you for being kind and friendly!
Wow! Best Taco Bell experience ever. Carla and the crew were awesome, friendly and helpful and smiles all around. Carla happily built the best Enchirito I have ever had. Quesadilla and soft taco exceeded our expectations. Everything was delicious. A very pleasant and tasty experience. Five stars because there is no TEN. 'Thank you' to Carla and the guys.
I ordered 2 soft tacos,1 Mexican pizza, 1 chicken grilled burrito and 1 CT chicken burrito. I got 1 cheesy double beef burrito, 2 soft taco, 1 Mexican pizza, 1 chicken bowl. I corrected the bowl to burrito before leaving. At home I found grilled chicken burrito missing and a cheesy beef burrito that I didn't order.
In the past, this has been my preferred Taco Bell location, but I don't get it very often anymore. This is more of a review of the Cantina "Crispy" Tacos at this location.
I ordered a few because they sounded pretty good. I got them freshly made and there was no "crispy". They were soaked in cheese and grease, very soggy, I cannot recommend them.
Taco Bell at Alachua, FL. Service is always with a smile. I have enjoyed the friendly service from the ladies at the window and also Jacob and Bezin. I have had fairly consistent good service from day and night shifts. Every now and then a wrap might be a bit stale.
