The drive through is always ridiculous whether it’s two cars or 15 cars. It always takes 20 minutes to go through the line… This time I decided to go inside and wow way worth it. I went to use the machines which were kind of a pain in the butt…. But I gotta figure it out and get my food within five minutes pew thank goodness I went that route.!
Poor service. This is my chicken chalupa with 3 1/2 pieces of chicken and the rest just piled on top of it. That was a waste of money!
I went into the restaurant to get my order to go around 6:00 pm. The guy who made our food did an excellent job. He didn't just slap our order together. He made some of the best taco bell food I have ever had, and it looks great too!
Just wanted to share that when Toby ( Taco Bell’s #1 employee) is there we always get amazing service! He is the face of the company and he is impeccable! Give that man a raise! He is well deserved of one!
Not only did it take 30 minutes to get my order when doing an online order and opting to pick it up inside thinking it would be faster (it’s not), but they forgot something too. How hard is to get a fast food order correct and out in under 30 minutes?
Drive thru. Friendly voice on order menu. Sad they changed Double Decker Taco, to " Double Stacker Taco" they took out the beans & added that nacho cheese between the hard shell & tortilla. However; they accommodated my request to make it the old way, with beans & I got the dorito taco shell inside it with chicken & added Pico! Was Delicious!!
Grilled cheese fries is a joke. Menu shows box full of fries covered with stuff. In actuality it's less fries then the small serving. Only filling half the box
Not happy with the lack of personal service. Explain how having a kiosk to order from and a young lady standing at the register to take your cash or assist those unable to navigate the kiosk is better than just taking your order? We ordered on the kiosk, but was unable to order what we wanted because it didn't give us the option. I like Taco Bell, but Del Taco will take your order personally. Just saying...
