Recently remodeled, the new Taco Bell in Aurora looks and tastes fresh. Conveniently located on Route 31 -Lake Street- is my stop by on my way home and get some fast food place. Taco Bell is always coming up with new and delicious stuff, or sauces, to which I personally enjoy the “Diablo” hot -hotter- sauce. The new sauce is like the name “Devilish hot and mouthwatering evil.” The staff here is great and very friendly. The newly built and setup layout for this restaurant is fun and comfortable, and it’s kept clean.
gave me wrong meat on my taco and asked for the old one back to remake it even tho they are not supposed to accept anything back through the window due to health hazards, asked to speak to the manager and she told me she needs to throw it away to give me the remade one? i said at this point i want to refunded for the taco i had to come back because you made it wrong I have my receipt still with me and you’re refusing to remake it and the manager shut the window on me! great manager material won’t be coming back to this location, i suggest galena they are nice there I will be speaking to corporate

LONGER THAN NORMAL TO GET THROUGH THE DRIVE-THRU WE USUALLY THEY'RE QUICK BUT TODAY THEY WERE NOT AND THE FOOD WAS NOT ALL THAT GOOD BUT I'LL STILL GO TO THIS TACO BELL
Food is mediocre and the employees are short staffed. Honestly - I feel badly for the empty appear overworked and underpaid. The food is costly and overvalued.
I bought the crunch wrap grande ... Well I thought...????????♀️it had very little meat in the corner.....well the pictures speak for themselves. ????????♀️????????♀️????
Chicken should go across the whole taco not just half of it. Cashier was super nice though.
I didn't wait long, my bowl was great!
