Talk about deflation in portions. If this isn't bad enough, it seems like they're using old dorito taco shells because the ones I had with my meal were stale.
Whoever the franchise owner of this place is should really reconsider who they're hiring to manage.
The atmosphere was my truck so I Gave It a 3-star since it's not a BMW-540! However, the service was truly enjoyable and the employees are always laughing and in good spirits and that says allot about the management! No matter what your doing or whom your doing it for. Always find a place you enjoy working and you will love your job no matter where your at. The customers will always come back to be filled up with the great product and with your attitude which ALWAYS shines through whether dark out in case of this establishment, BRIGHT! Taco Bell stopped caring years ago. They charge way too much for weird items and skimp on the amount they give you. The Taco meat tastes different than it used to.
Went through the drive thru and whoever was working in the back was screaming and obnoxiously singing. I’m assuming it was the same obnoxious person who made my taco with sour cream smeared all over and a disgusting amount on the inside. Thanks for ruining my lunch. ????
Was reminded why I don’t go to this location when I ordered a cheesy bean and rice burrito. Ordered on mobile, add beef and make it grilled. Well, they instead replaced the beans with beef, and didn’t grill it. On top of that, they put so much sauce in there it was a soupy mess. ***I’ve worked fast food and know it can be hectic, but I was literally the only one there. They weren’t busy. No excited to not be able to follow simple directions.
I lice across the street from this taco bell and it's by far the worst place I have been. Their burritos are ALWAYS pouring out of the sides when u open the package, they NEVER give u napkins, and tonight I made a mobile order and went in to pick it up and waited 23 min for someone to speak to me. No they were not busy. One person sweeping, one person on their phone and the third outside smoking. Finally got their attention then they made the food and none of it was made right. I kick myself every time I come here. Never again.
Seriously y'all? I've been craving cinnamon twists. I had surgery 4 days ago. I felt good enough this evening to venture out to my local Taco Bell to get some and they're not even cooked! No cinnamon or sugar on them at all. I haven't looked at the rest of my order yet.... I really hope the rest of it is right.
Place needs help. Always someone outside smoking and on phone. Prices we pay are going to your crew running in and out and this Tina is a manager. Is so funny.
