This is the absolute worst Taco Bell I’ve been too. Ran by a bunch of people who don’t know what they’re doing. They didn’t wrap my food correctly so when they lady rudely threw the sauce in the bag with no gloves it land directly in the taco. Every time I go here it’s always something. I tried online ordering so they could maybe get it right, nope. They just wanted to argue with me about removing something from a taco saying it would cost more???? Like what?? At this point throw the whole mf Taco Bell away.
The staff at the Miramar Beach location is incredibly rude. I tried to use the drive thru, but nobody would say anything. I could hear that the speaker was on, so I said "hello" a couple of times, nicely. I assumed there was a problem with the speaker, so I went inside. Nobody was at the counter, so I used the kiosk. While I was ordering, the male employee was talking about me and laughing. I canceled my order and left. I won't go back to this location. Also, the smell of marijuana was stronger than the food. I can look past slow, even lazy workers, but not this level of rudeness.
DJ and his crew in the drive through tonight were great. They went above and beyond to make sure we got our order and the whole team was very polite and amazing. These guys definitely deserve a raise for working during this crazy spring break week.
Unfortunately you can not put 0 stars. This is by far the worst service I ever received from any Taco Bell I have ever visited! The employees are so rude! I wasn’t even able to order.. 2 times I have tried to eat at this establishment.. now I know why there are never any cars at this location.
I hate to tell y’all this is the best Taco Bell because you’ll probably screw it up for the rest of us. It’s always really good here. Seems slow, but the order is correct, portions are right and never any errors. Always greeted calmly and professionally. I really appreciate this Taco Bell Location. Y’all doing a damn good job in there.
Apparently how a drive thru works is a foreign concept. Pulled up to the box and was asked to wait, said ok no problem I understand places get busy however when they came back and I said I had a mobile order to pick up they asked me to pull up to the window where I was then asked to pull around up front and come inside (I had only ordered two soft tacos and two potato tacos so it wasn’t a massive order) I then pull around go inside even though the drive thru was completely empty besides me and there is hardly any customers inside I still had to wait about 10 minutes for my food. Not the first time this place has had terrible service and probably won’t be the last until they get some different staff members at this location.
Terrible wait because of lazy rude employees just counted 19 different people waiting over 20 minutes for there order, while they barely get out any drive through orders. Ridiculous and I don’t even leave reviews lol just terrible
Last night my buddies and I went here. Got some nachos, three large drinks, and a few burritos. They were a greedy on my nachos that I ordered. I ordered in the drive thru, and had to keep repeating myself to the person taking my order, overall the food was good and the service was awful.
