I called in to check if they have Dr Pepper or not. The woman that answered the phone said, "you really called to ask if we have Dr Pepper? I don't have time for this" and hung up on me. It would have been quicker if she just said yes or no. I still have no idea if they have it or not.
This isn't the first issue I've had with them, either. They're always rude and the least chill Taco Bell I've ever been to. Bad portions, bad service. Overall, just not a good spot.
It took 40 minutes to get me and my friends food( which we got 2 meals, so not that much) and when we got it, it was cold, below minimal pieces of meat it our burritos and taco’s and the we didn’t even get all of our food. The service was awful making it extra confusing. The only thing that was good was the Baja blast freeze, but it still tasted very bland unlike you would get from other Taco Bell’s. Over all I would say this was the 2nd worst place I’ve ever been to get lunch. 0 stars!!!!!
Terrible location, the one on Broadway is better. They mess up my order almost every time. They just skip over instructions they don’t want to follow, like grilling the burritos. I’ve avoided this store for a while but I didn’t realize it would be this location when I door dashed Taco Bell the other day and I was missing items. I get mistakes happen but they must’ve been out of Cinnabon delights because I got cinnamon twists in my bag, which are no where near the same price. Instead of having the door dasher contact me they just didn’t say anything. The quality isn’t there and the customer service isn’t there.
Well the food was edible but definitely not at all filling; there was hardly any meat, cheese, or lettuce. Drive thru was very fast and efficient. Also, what location doesn’t give you sauce if you ask at the window? Poor management by my guess. If you’re craving Taco Bell, I would suggest finding another location.
It took 45 minutes to fill our order. We were traveling on a bus with other travelers. We took our food and rushed to the bus. We were missing items.
Disappointed in the wait time.
This location is pretty good. Self order kiosks in working order, prompt staff, and clean dining area.
The manger here is super sweet and kind Shawda is probably one of the nice people I have meet ever coming over here to this location thank u for being so sweet
We went inside to celebrate great patent teacher conferences! Ordered at 635pm. At 655 I went to the counter to find out where our order was. It had been sitting on the counter in a to go bag and no one let us know. It was sitting there so long that the fries were cold and the hard tacos got mushy. Asked them to give us fresh fries only. Then sat down to eat, found out tacos were mushy and quesadilla was cold. When I asked them to make the order again, the manager came over and acted like it was my fault they had to remake out food! Even said, but you're eating your food. I said no I'm not! I took notes and found out it was mushy! Everything turned out okay, but a really bad experience. Won't visit the georgesville rd location (next to chipotle and ljs) again.
