If I could give them a 10 star I would…. Every single time we have gone to this Taco Bell it’s always been the best always hot,fresh you can’t find service like this in buffalo at all
This is the only Taco Bell in the history of anywhere that requires you to go around three times. If you have three DoorDash orders it makes no sense. It’s terribly inconvenient and very very annoying and it’s not like the staff is mature or polite or professional about it either they don’t even know why they do it they just do it to annoy you to discourage you from picking up more than one order as a DoorDash delivery driver, we’re supposed to work together, not against one another
Terrible service can’t even take orders right. Told the lady (destiny o) at the drive thru I only ordered a large Baja blast and a chicken quesadilla. Got charged for the quesadilla and large Baja blast and an extra medium Baja blast. Tried to tell her the order was wrong and all she had to say was “just take it”.. definitely needs to learn some people skills before taking peoples orders????
My food was made incorrectly but they did replace it with no charge but then gave me replacements with cheese that was not melted on my flatbreads an I had to microwave it after driving back to get new ones.
Great, friendly, and efficient staff. Food made fresh to order is consistently good at this location. Plenty of seating and never overcrowded.
Stopped to eat here on a road trip with my family around 2pm and there were a few males working and just one female (that I seen) there at that moment she was very rude when I asked her if she could put mine and my siblings meals in separate bags so we know whose meal is whose instead of having just a big bag of food. She rolled her eyes as I was asking her. Once the food was ready she rudely placed the food on the counter with a nasty attitude and said “here you go”. I had asked her nicely and even said if it is too much of a hassle not to worry about it. I didn’t appreciate the unnecessary attitude and eye roll.
My friend & I stopped here last night. It was busy & short staffed. We ordered from Richie who was just a joy. He had a long day but he was still personable & cheery with every customer. The order in front of us was quite large but he handled it quickly & efficiently with a smile. We could all use more workers like Richie. Bless him & his family.
