My chicken sandwich was dry. Lukewarm at best. The first time my daughter couldn't finish her bean and cheese burrito.Cause she didn't like it. And the nacho cheese fries we're dark and stale half crunchy. Nacho cheese was even old and had dried layer on top of it. Maybe we caught them on a bad day, but it was pretty awful.
First time ever in this area.. Ordered 3 bean and cheese burritos, no cheese sauce, take out. Paid extra to substitute cheese sauce with shredded Cheddar cheese. Despite telling Lynette (Assistant MGR) several times, no cheese sauce on the burritos, they where made with the sauce I don't like. The young female worker that made the burritos argued that the order was correct and said that this was not the first time I do this and that she remembered me. I showed her the receipt and questioned and asked how could she remember me if this was my first time ever in the area and to her store. Only when I asked for a refund they reluctantly re-did the order. Where was the manager while I was been verbally abused, probably hiding. The assistant manager Lynette, the one who took the order, played dumb while the young female employee verbally abused me, told Lynette not to refund my money and told me to leave. I left the store to avoid further escalation. But here's what I got 1 bean and Cheddar cheese burrito, 1 bean, cheddar cheese and spoiled rice burrito and the third one went to the trash can. This is how seniors are treated this days. Do I recommend this store, NO, a thousand times NO. Shame on you.
Dirty restaurant. My order took over 15 minutes. When I asked what took so long, the cashier said "your fries" I didn't order any french fries. ???? Had to wipe my own table down before eating. Other customers were asking for towels to wash their tables as well.
Just got home to bite down into something I did not order. I ordered a cheesy steak grilled burrito with jalapeños and didn't recieve that. I received a cheesy beef grilled burrito. Not too happy about my order due to paying for a cheesy steak grilled burrito. My softshell taco had barely any meat nor any of the toppings. Been to this taco bell several times and they can never get their orders straight. The cashier was very hard to understand and was very quiet. I would like someone to reach out to me about this because this is not the first time it's happened and customers are paying for what they want and are not receiving it.
Even after complaining and getting a redo on my order the day before I received my tacos all broken up including one that was in the box. I spent 27.00 when I could have authentic Mexican food across the street at AL Jascio for approximately 7 dollars cheaper. The first order was lacking meat on Belle grande and both tacos and barely a piece of chicken on the new cantina chicken.
Pretty lame considering it is share with KFC chicken ????. Manager was nice about redoing order but staff fell short
Fast food is fast food. Kinda decent i’ve had better at different taco bell’s. The Shift Manager Lynette always has an attitude when i try and order with my significant other. I asked for a cup to be added to my order since what i ordered wasn’t technically a meal and she then tells me “a cup for what?” She’s always smashing her fingers to type in the order. I have had no issues with any other employee they are very nice. Food came out wrong one time, I ordered a chipotle chicken melt and received 3 burritos with doritos in them. Didn’t even bother to go up and tell them since everyone was in such a rush to close up and leave @9pm. Not to mention the bathroom that had fecal matter all over the toilet that looks like it’s been sitting there forever. Overall the last couple experiences here were very below subpar, would rather go to the mcdonald’s down the street that’s a lot more clean and customer friendly
Renovated building and new staff made this place so much better. Myself as many others were not happy with this place prior to a few months ago. I gave them several chances over the years and every time the place was nasty and the food was gross. This is not the case anymore. The new staff is still learning which is to be expected but the food came out fast and hot and the managers were very attentive. The food was prepared properly and tasted great. My order was correct and the place was very clean including the bathrooms. I seen a complaint on here about the dirty windows well I looked at them and I can tell they are double pane windows and whatever is going on with them is happening on the inside of the two panes. I know this is a very expensive problem to fix, the windows are clean on the inside of the resturaunt. All I can say is if you were like me and fed up with this place, go on in and give them another chance it's much much better now. I would highly recommend this place to my friends. Oh and I forgot to mention it has both a Taco Bell and a KFC the only ones in sebastian.
Taco Bell Turning it around at this location, not sure who the new managers are but thank you for making it good again. I really appreciate writing on the packages to let us know what is inside when we need to sort it at home.
