How the mighty have fallen. Taco used to be one of favorite places for a cheap snack. Unfortunately the rising prices and lowering quality have detracted from the Taco Bell experience. The cheapest item on the menu is the $1.30 cheesy roll up which is a glorified tortilla with some cheese. Absolutely sad. This location is especially depressing with the blown out speaker providing ear wrenching sound. This isn’t even the worst part of the experience. The food at the location is always a 10 minute or longer wait even when ordering online. Have fun waiting in the depressing lobby or the long drive through. Management needs to spruce up this Taco Bell location because it’s slow, dingy and expensive. I would not recommend eating here it’s not worth the wait.
I used the mobile app to order 3 items. Went through the drive through and the employee handed me my bag. I said “thank you.” She stared at me and said nothing. I smiled and drove away. When taking the food out of the bag I noticed they did not include one of my items. I turned the vehicle around and went back to the drive through. I let them know they missed an item. The employee told me they were out of that item and that I need to get a refund through the app. I asked if they could replace it with something else and the employee told me they cannot do that. I then asked why I wasn’t informed that something I paid for was not in the bag when she handed it to me. She told me that she doesn’t make the food.
There is more to the story, but I won’t bore you. The employees here are extremely rude and I won’t be going back. This restaurant is a great candidate for Undercover Boss.
That lightskinned girl at the speaker has a nasty attitude. I was just there at 5:35pm 3/18/24. I first sat in the drive thru yelling hello 5 minutes straight with several cars behind me. As soon as I left the speaker to go to the next window, she tried to be funny and ask my order on the speaker after I already pulled off. I got to the window and said "is your speaker broken? I've been saying 'hello' over 5 minutes." She replies 'no, im sorry'. I pulled off because she did it purposely. I returned 10 minutes later and she was extremely rude. Didn't politely ask my order or say have a nice day. She just held her hand out for my card, swiped it, returned it and shoved my food through the window and closed the window behind her. I'm old school. I was raised with courtesy and respect. If that was my daughter, I would've knocked her rude self behind that counter and reminded her of respect for elders and customer service. That location will never see another dime of my money, I only went because my daughter wanted it. That yellow bone heifer needs to be fired expeditiously
I just recently went to taco bell and I don't normally have any problems at this location. But my recent visit was crazy. I ordered online and paid for it online( remember this part.) And I pick drive thru and proceed to go through the drive thru to pick up my order. I get to the window the girl comes on and says due to staffing shortage you must place your order inside. So I told her I ordered online and she proceeded to say that I still have to come in. When I came in there were 4 or 5 people in the back. So ok how many people does it take to hand me my order through the window that is already paid for. I guess they needed more help. Anyway I walk in and to my surprise the girl hands me my order. Just nasty for no reason. I had to come all the way in just for you to hand me my order when I was already in the drive thru. It took like 2 seconds. Crazy.
Food was ok. Had to pull around to get our order after ordering it from the drive throgh. Wrong was brought out twice. Worker had a major attitude about it. I handed her our receipt so she knew what we ordered with the exact response of "here, take this. So you can see our order". She kind of gave me a disgusted look and then went back inside. About 15 minutes later our correct order finally came out. One of the burritos was wrong still and Food was lukewarm to cold. One of the worst taco bell's I've been to
Was pulled around to wait on our order, food was incorrect, wasn’t given my receipt and the worker was very short/abrupt. The prices have gone up considerably, a beef chalupa with nacho cheese added was $6.89.
Also, tried to order a steak burrito and were told they were out of steak and wouldn’t have more for 25 minutes. Came here at 5:30, so expected all proteins to be available.
Ordered the nacho and cheese, Baja blast and a nacho box.(with no tomatoes) the chips didn’t come with the cheese I had to go back to get it after getting home. The nacho box had tomatoes on it. And the Baja blast didn’t have a straw. How hard is it to do your job the right way. Get off your cell phone take the AirPods out of your ears for the 6 hours your at work and do your job properly.
Taco bell has never been my favorite..yet it has a healthier variety then most McDonald's or Burger King so ..I went for that convenience. Although I was not happy when I found NO REAL VEGAN items on the menu. Sometimes dairy is scary for me, if you know what I mean ????. And no protein substitute except Beans.... as a renal patient trying to eat according to my specific diet requirements can be tough, especially when eating on the go. So, lesson I was well reminded of, COOK and EAT AT HOME....The tacos were sloppily made, thrown together and not Tasty amongst other things... Good Grief CHARLIE BROWN, GOOD GRIEF!!!????
