I placed an order through the app, about 20 minutes ago. When I showed up to this location, signs were up that they were closed. A worker behind the counter also said that they were closed. Through the app, money was taken off of my card and I lost a birthday reward. I enjoyed this location, until now. Thank you for showing your true colors.
It was Thursday morning around 11:30. I ordered online and when I went to pick up the food. The girl on the register behaved very badly. Sometimes some employees are good on this restaurant and sometimes some of them are bad.
They told an old lady their cash register wasnt connected to their wifi and made another customer help her order on the kiosk then proceeded to bring the order up on the register so she can pay cash. What a stupid lie to tell. Lazy workers.
We ordered online through ubereats at 2:00am, we waited until 5:00am to get our order; the uber driver kept on letting us know about how busy the store was and he had been waiting hours to receive our order. We cancelled the order and ordered again at 4pm the next day, we received the order however, the order was completely incorrect. We are vegetarians and did mention how we cannot eat any meat. Our complete order was full of beef and meat. Had the worst experience.
Went in about 12:30am. Lady there was very rude and yelled at my boyfriend “we’re closed” twice when it said it was open online. Didn’t let us order. There’s no need to be rude. Very disappointed with the customer service.
Staff is either under-trained over over-worked, hard to tell. No one wants to be here, I get it, but every night there's an issue, and god fornid you're a delivery driver picking up, because they'll never have it, and they're rude to the driver every time these incidents happen.
This location charges more than the others which are only a few blocks away, and barely put any filling/toppings on the items you order. Want a tortilla tightly wrapped with barely anything inside? Come here! Want to get your order wrong/incomplete? This is the place for you! I only feel bad for the people that work here, it’s not entirely their fault, I’m sure they are only doing as instructed, but to be so stingy - leaving ingredients out, filling things up only halfway? I’ll walk to another location.
Same as always - food and service quality at all Taco Bell, like all fast food, can always be a bit hit or miss, but the folks here tend to work pretty fast and courteously. Easy late night option, great for people with busy schedules. Prices have increased a bit and Rewards program has gotten worse in my opinion, neither of those are issues with this specific Taco Bell though that's just frustration with corporate
