My go-to fast food restaurant.
I like the double stack taco with refried beans (instead of meat).
I ordered five items today and it cost me about ten dollars. I like that.
I was at Subway not too ago and spent more than twenty dollars on a meal.
Long live Taco Bell.
The Taco Bell on King Street has become UNSAFE!!! This guy threatened a young female - he made gun motions and he said he was gonna shoot- two different times. I called 911 & we waited over 8 MINUTES before cops arrived. The young woman left and the Taco Bell staff wouldn’t get involved with the police?!?!! The staff knew him they said. He is a regular there. The police walked him out and let him walk away?? They couldn’t help because the Taco Bell Bell Staff wouldn’t assist and the victim left. It is super sad that you can’t go to a restaurant and eat without this kind of crazy atmosphere. Taco Bell needs SECURITY! They have security at many public places and it is needed.
I had an extremely disappointing experience at the Taco Bell located just a block away from my workplace. While the food was hot and fresh, my interaction with the staff completely ruined my visit. After finishing my meal, I went to throw my trash away, but didn't notice there wasn't a trash bag in the bin. The manager yelled at me, saying, "Did you not see that there wasn’t a bag in there?" I was taken aback by her rudeness and explained that due to the design of the trash can, it’s not immediately obvious if there's a bag inside.
Instead of understanding, she rushed past me, swung the door open, and loudly declared, “People are stupid.” I tried to clarify that I couldn't tell if there was a bag in there, and she rudely told me to leave or she would call the police. When I asked why she would call the police, she responded, "Because you're a black man yelling at me." This accusation was completely false and outrageous. I wasn't yelling; I was upset at being treated so disrespectfully and requested an apology, which she ignored.
This incident was handled with a shocking lack of professionalism and blatant disrespect. I expect better from a brand like Taco Bell. I will not be returning to this location and urge others to avoid it due to the appalling behavior of the staff.
Just ordered 2 chalupas with a drink and it was almost $17. Absolutely ridiculous. And the chalupas were small, cheese wasn’t melted, and they forgot my tomatoes. These prices are ridiculous. Since when is a fast food place $17? The workers were nice but I won’t be going back. Too expensive
In one of the most affluent communities in the nation I can't understand why the customer bathroom is locked, as if we're in west Baltimore. Also for such a nice location in such a nice area, the entire staff was miserable and surly. They made Popeye's staff look like Chick-fil-A. The food was clearly made with hate.
This is probably the worst experience that I’ve ever encountered. The Manager is very rude and the Staff is very unprofessional. I asked who the Manager was because they ran out of drinks. She rolled her eyes and was very unkind. I paid to eat here and have never seen such behavior at a Taco Bell.
No complaints about this new Taco Bell (Cantina) concept. Ok food at fair price and if you are old enough you can wash it down with an alcoholic beverage. Has some outdoor seating, nice employees....this place gives the average Joe a place to eat in Old Town that is mostly very expensive. Drink Up!
The Self Ordering Kiosk of Taco Bell is slick and efficient.
The Folks who are working at the Alexandria - Old Town Branch are cool too.
