Ordered for my husband. He said the food was ok .So many years ago it was colorful and bright. You can only order from the 2 kiosks. They removed the digital menu board where you could see what was available. The pandemic must have killed this place. As everywhere else now expensive
Terrible service, we had to wait more than an hour for a simple order. People in the kitchen had terrible manners. A total waste of time, if you are hurring, don't go there.
We had a good experience at this Taco Bell. We got the meal for 2 deal & the party pack drink deal all for $16.50. My first time trying the crunchwrap supreme and it was really good everything on it tasted fresh and they hooked up the sour cream! :) The soft tacos were good. The burritos were good. The chips and cheese sauce were good. I really like the dragon paradise sparkling iced tea, it’s like a fruity tropical tea. We went around 8pm. Super fast service we ordered on the app and went through the drive-thru, got our food in less than 10mins.
Newly remodeled Taco Bell with standard and reliable fare. Tables could use regular clean wiping but the self serve kiosks are convenient and probably faster than counter ordering. They failed to text me my receipt on several occasions which I needed for business.
I ordered my food . Very simple with no modifications and my order came out wrong. I went back to fix it . They re did it and they still got it wrong . I spent $13 on 3 tacos . I didn't even get what I wanted . Employees on thier phone and not waering gloves. With ear pieces in thier ear . Witch is a health code violation . I like the place but the service sucks and the workers really don't take pride in the job witch is not hard . I run a restaurant with over 70 employees. This is not hospitality. If they don't care . They shouldn't be working there . I work hard for my money for kids to just do what they want and that can't pay attention to a simple ticket order. !

Terrible customer service! The girl who attended us through drive through had a horrible attitude and was very dismissive. We had let her know two of our drinks were flat and she seemed to have a problem with changing them. And the drink she gave me back was still flat but at that point to avoid any more interaction with her we just left, just over all a bad experience.
Terrible customer service. I went in to pick up an order (obviously the door was open) and they took me out like a dog without attending to me because they say they are closed. it was 10:30 p.m. I was already in there, it was not difficult for them to serve me and it is assumed that the order was already done because I did it online.
