Douchebag manager that has no concept of humanity wouldn’t let me sit inside and wait for my Uber, when it was freezing cold outside.
Was super rude about it as well.
Bought a cheese packet and waited.
Literally the only one in here as well.
We went to eat at the restaurant next to the Hoboken train station and were talking with friends about choosing a meal. One of the employees behaved rudely towards us and tried to fire us in the restaurant. While there is no situation, please warn your employees, otherwise we will have to apply to the necessary authorities.
Worst experience I've ever had in my life. Made us stand outside in the cold and didn't let anyone in waiting on line, they only let in door dash people even after paying I never got my meal. Extremely disappointed and I will never come back to this location ever again. I honestly can't believe this service.
Great service, my food was cooked EXACTLY how I wanted and they didn’t mind redoing 2 of my items. Above and beyond service

The worst customer service ive ever experience. The estsblisment is open until 2am and they refused service and fought customer at 1:15. Worst customer service i’ve ever experienced. i hope corporate visits this taco bell and revamps it.

It's so clean. They employees nicest people ever. Buy something, be kind and you can go to the bathroom in peace and not have to worry that it's disgusting.
I generally don't go to Taco Bell. I needed to use the bathroom so I ordered a soft taco and I'm going to say it was delightful.
Got beef even when I modify my item to beans being a vegetarian, guy was not even ready to give full refund rude employees
