This by far the worst Anderson location. Included is a 3rd attempt at a cheesy Gordita crunch. (I got a chalupa 2 times) this is almost always the case. The girl that works the window is sweet but their kitchen staff is a joke.
I used the app to place a mobile order. I left my house immediately after placing my order, got to the store within 10 minutes, and waited for the app to tell me my order was ready. I waited an hour just for them to tell me someone else took my order, even though I didn’t see anyone take an order close to mine. The app never told me it was ready, the manager wouldn’t remake it for me, and customer service never gave me my money back. A $54 order was somehow made and stolen within my 10 minute drive. Will not be eating there again.
This isn't anything about the food but i had an interview here and i had to come twice and i even called the second time and she told me to come back at a certain time so
I did and when i came they told to me to come back again this would've been the third i was tryna get an interview. I ended up leaving but my mom came inside and she ended up getting into an argument with the manager and she was very disrespectful and not professional at all definitely wouldn’t recommend this place.
Decent food one of only places with a dollar menu still.
Taco Bell on the Westside as we call it has stepped it's game up! Food is hot and delicious! Plus great potions considering the other Taco Bells I've been to. Customer service not bad either. ???? ????
Sometimes don't be getting the orders right and don't have many good customer service skilled employees..
The girl at the window is nice but, kitchen staff is trash. I ordered a nacho bellgrande one night and they put a literally teaspoon of meat in it. I ordered it another night no beans and extra meat literally 1and 1/2tablespoon of meat and put it in a small box. The extra meat was 90cents. Never again. Taco bell needs to do better.
Check your order before leaving the parking lot, at all of our local locations. Something is usually missing or varies from the order placed. Could rate lower, but I don't expect much from an establishment with such low prices. Could it be perfect? If you're asleep for sure, however, perfection doesn't exist.
