Stopped in here to get some Tacos since I was at the car wash next door. Since it was in the early afternoon there were no customers in the restaurant at the time but at the drive thru. The staff was friendly and they were quick, we were in and out in maybe 5 minutes. The seating area was clean with no trays or trash on the tables or floor.
Had lunch here today; ordered @ the idiotic kiosk which took almost ten minutes, and had to get someone from behind the counter to straighten out the mess, but staff was very cheerful and helpful. The employees don't seem to like the self serve kiosks either, because they have to stop what they are doing and come into the lobby to help the customers. These kiosks are a bad, bad idea. Taco Bell is not doing themselves a favor by installing them when it takes longer for the customer and the employees to use them. Much faster to place your order with a human at the counter. Take those damned things out and go back to human interaction.
I mobile order here every Tuesday for taco Tuesday usually the same thing and the past few times they get it wrong. I don’t understand how it gets read back to me the right way when I check in at the drive thru and get home and it’s wrong. I look forward to my burrito by the end of the day and ruins everything when I take a bite and it’s not what I wanted. DO BETTER!
Ordered food at the drive thru checked the order on the menu screen it was correct got home 1 item was right I called the store Trevor took my name and told me to come back in and get my food the whole time I could hear them laughing Iwill never go into a Taco bell again how do you have such incompetent employees
I don't know why all the low stars. It's fast food... not a Michelin star restaurant. They've never messed up any of my orders and they have always been polite and prompt.
Stood around waiting for 15 minutes just to pay for my food. There were 10 employees making food, but no one would take care of the customers at the register. While standing waiting others have come in, paid, and received their food. Still no assistance. Terrible service.
The manager on shift (the cashier name on the receipt was “Blessings”) was absolutely outstanding. We had two very long orders and she remained patient and understanding the entire time. Did not make neither I or the other person feel rushed in anyway. She had no idea that we were both having a rough day and was a beautiful ray of sun shine, making us laugh. Since the two of us had long orders it was taking some time and a car behind us drove out of line and up to the window. We both immediately felt guilty for taking so long and she was quick to reassure us that it was not a problem. That was the most pleasant experience at any Taco Bell or any fast food restaurant I’ve been to. She got our order perfect the first time around and it came out so quickly we were worried it would be missing some thing, much to our surprise it was spot on! Not a single thing wrong with the order. I commend the kitchen staff as well. I will continue to go to this Taco Bell only, for her and her presence. I will never forget her, that is how much of an impression she left!!
Every time I've come here, every time, I've been sad to leave because everyone who works here is awesome. I've shown up with massive, gargantuan orders and they've been fulfilled in a minute like it was nothing. Everyone is always so nice, and competent to the extreme; like if Taco Belling were an Olympic sport these guys would win gold five times before breakfast, they'd have to halt the contest because everyone else was losing so badly it would be unsporting to continue
