Ordered this meal it obviously says includes nacho cheese and chips and medium drink.
They were telling me this meal doesn’t exist. When I clearly showed them the picture. This place customer service sucks.
Opened right on time, offered to help us with the kiosk when other Taco Bell’s you can be ignored and expected to figure it out, cups given without asking before food was ready, and food brought out to table. Food was perfectly made. Great Taco Bell and employees! Made my day a good start.
I have never been treated ruder at food service. I understand, food service people are tired, and have to work with annoying customers all day which is hard, but these people were just mean.
I don't eat dairy and asked for my food without cheese, and even clarified over mic. I get to the window and it isn't on my receipt, so I ask again at the window while waiting for my food. They say: “ Well we already made them, so do you want them?” I said “No sorry, I don't eat cheese or else I wouldn't care” She gets her manager and he asks me again if I want them. I tell him: “if its too much trouble I can just get a refund, I understand if you are busy.” He sighs at me mid sentence and slams the window on my face. Then they take another 10 minutes (Ive already been there for about 6 or 7 waiting) to make it. The whole time the other 4 employees, including the manager who was mean to me are just goofing off clearly in view of the window. And I was the only person in the drive through and inside, almost the entire time! I will never come back, really irritated me ugh. (05/14/2024 at around 6:50 ish pm)
The food tasted delicious, the customer service was very nice.
When I walked in the place was clean and we were greeted right away, one of the employees even forgot to give us one of our drinks and once we had notified him that he forgot he immediately apologized for the action. Great service
I got the black bean crunch wrap supreme. Pretty good for a veggie option. Connie (who took my order) was so friendly! I’m talking Target / Chick-Fil-A friendly and that just made my day. Listen, I’m not a Karen. I write good reviews when I’m happy with service so you can call me Konnie. Yeah, I’m not a Karen… I’m a Konnie. Yes, Connie with a K. Okay! But in all seriousness, she’s a lovely person and I like her! I’ll def be back ????????
I spent all day at children's hospital, How to scrape together a little cash for a bean burrito. I asked for a cup of water which they tried to charge me full price for.
And then try to reduce it to half price. Because this that it was happy hour.. And then didn't bother to tell me but were mad when I said I didn't have money for the water. My the cashier rudely handed me the money back and closed the door without saying anything. Then my bean burrito had about a tablespoon of beans in it. Worst experience ever.
Messed up 4/5 of the items I ordered. Didn't receive a receipt and I called about 15 minutes after placing receiving my order. Was told there was no way I was getting a refund ( never asked for one) I just wanted my food. Then refused to remake anything without the recipte when I was just there.
When I was at the window the guy asked me what sauce I wanted. I said very clearly mild and Diablo. I was given hot and fire.....
Girl at the drive-up window was very sweet and friendly. Her smile was wonderful to see. An Excellent employee to have greet customers.
