Will never be back here. Congealed disgusting and cold (probably old) Mexican pizza, asked for creamy jalapeno and NO TOMATOES, found a huge chunk of one on it and no creamy jalapeno of course. My chalupas were sad and cold, took only 2 minutes to get home so I know these were not fresh. Do better taco bell and thanks for wasting my money. ????????????????????????????????????????
Refused to take our money because we were paying with a $100 bill, had no change, no manager on site with keys to provide change, rude non professionalism at its finest for a fast food chain! Food was thrown together, no meat in either taco. We will never go back to that taco bell
I placed a large order online and there was a mixup with the system. The food ended up being ready 4 hours early and wouldn’t be good anymore by the time I got it. Thank goodness for Kim and her team for eating the cost of the tacos and making me a new order later in the evening! Saved me a ton of money and a lot of hassle. Truly professional, and better service than you would expect from a fast food restaurant.
Order was incorrect. Was met with rudness and hastle when brought to attention. Diet Baja Blast was out of flavor syrup. Was told it was fine met with a rude. What you want me to do about it.
This is undoubtedly the worst experience ever, and the customer service has been dreadful. The management insisted that it was not their error when my wife's food contained human hair, and when we attempted to obtain a refund, they made it extremely difficult. Due to the fact that my wife is 18 weeks pregnant, we frequently visit Taco Bell to satisfy her desires, but we will never return to this location.
Ordered double decker tacos and the guy taking my order said they didn't have them. I went across town to other Taco Bell and ordered them. If they have taco shells and soft taco shells they can make them plus I just saw it advertised that they brought them back. I've had a lot of problems with this location and won't go back. It's worth it to drive further to a different location.
Absolutely abysmal. Quite possibly the worst single fast food restaurant I have had the misfortune to eat at. Every single time I have eaten at this Taco Bell after the morning/lunch hours, I am treated to what can only be described as slop. Until now I just looked the other way because, let's face it, fast food is rarely all that well made, but this is just unacceptable. How is it that I can go to this place during the lunch hour and have a perfectly decent experience, but anytime I go in the afternoon I get food that looks like it was made in a washing machine. Today I tried the new Cantina Chicken Tacos, as shown in the picture below. 5 dollars for two half empty tortillas with two inches of rubberized chicken each. Never again. Do yourself a favor and drive across town to the other Taco Bell, or hell, drive to one in Georgetown. Cold food is at least edible.
Friendly workers fast service and great food I love eating at this restaurant it's my favorite but there's always a long wait in ur food though the drive through
