The new cantina chicken menu is wonderful. Highly recommend. Service was a bit slow, used the kiosk to order. They have us or food, but still had to ask for the drink cup.
It's a Taco Bell, but they are the kindest, sweetest employees you've ever met. We had a problem with our order because something had been left out that we had ordered, and the sweet lady at the register.
fixed it for us in a matter of minutes and included some extras to make it easier. I wish I remembered to have gotten her name. What a blessing it was to eat there.
the woman at the window asked if we wanted sauce and then she proceded to not give us any saying you shouldve said yes when we asked you insted of pulling up. her name is cameron bevers
Thank you for messing up my drive thru order, the 20 minute drive there then back home was at least relaxing. Maybe the crew shouldn't be singing a song about being high on crack and focus on doing a better job but I'm just guessing but the MGMT was a part of the crew singing. At least the young lady at the window recognized the song was not really appropriate and closed the window quickly. I did call but signal sucks here and I realized nothing would have happened if I just spoke to the MGMT.
The only bad thing I can say about this restaurant is pulling into the parking lot can be quite challenging in anything other than a small car and they tend not to give you the amount of sauce packets you request in the mobile app. Other than that it's as good as any other taco bell.
While it's a good place for a quick snack, they always always get the order wrong, even if it's just 2 things. Its usually not hot either. And freeze machine is down 90% of the time
The one is for the young gentleman that took my order. I got home with my $46.00 order and the food was slightly warm. The chalupas had maybe a tea spoon of meat on them. I only live a mile away so obviously the food wasn't very warm when purchased. I am disappointed and probably won't return. The food is usually better. They weren't busy at all.
Food is always fresh and they have never messed my order up. The crew are very polite and the inside is very clean
