Waited in the drive thru 30 minutes for everything to be wrong.The hard taco had the tiniest amount of meat. They gave me 2 soft tacos instead of one soft taco and one of the new chicken soft taco. It was too close to closing time and too busy to go back to get it fixed. I just wanted no lettuce.
Worst Taco Bell in the history of Taco Bell. People... whack.

Cool kiosks though. However, if you're unfortunate enough to have to pay with cash expect someone to complete your order in 2-3 business days. Poor form guys and girls. Even for a fast food joint.
I really hope that they can find some more good workers & I appreciate the ones working now but since the pandemic shut down service has been not good there. It would be nice to have the inside open too. I understand they’re probably short staffed but that doesn’t mean you can’t make the food right. I ordered 3 hard shelled tacos & 2 were partially cracked on bottom but 3rd was smashed to pieces. I know the lines are long & you’re in a rush but you still need to make food the way it’s suppose to be and not thrown together in a mess and shoved in bag
Food had a different taste. I have twin grand babies, had lunch there yesterday. They only have one highchair. The girls are 10 months old. My daughter held one.
Stopped for a quick bite, place was clean bathroom were clean. I had the $5.00 special taco, Brito supreme And a soda. This was a good value for me I will come back again.
I have ordered from here and I had a really long wait. I get that you are short staffed but when people apply and you reject them it is very counter productive. I know I applied for a part time position because I am disabled, but it would have been nice to hear anything. If you want a long wait because of short staffing, by rejecting applicants willing to work, this is the place.
Only ever used the drive thru, but the food has consistently been as ordered, and the staff friendly. Couldn't ask for more than that. Hard to vegan up menu items, as most of the sauces have eggs in them.
Denied ordering as it turned to 1 AM. I was fighting with getting my window, rolled down because the vehicle is damaged by hit-and-run. Simple item to make employees are just lazy. Will file complaint when I wake.
