I've been waiting 30 minutes in this drive thru line. Unreal. For a mobile order. Last time this happened I went inside to still wait 20+ minutes for a mobile order. And often missing my upgraded steak. Hire extra staff if you can't keep up with business.
I ordered a chicken quesadilla and there was nothing in there and it was burnt
Good food at a reasonable price and they are fast and efficient. Every time we go there it is a quick in and out whether I go inside or through the drive-thru. Good service and exactly what you'd expect from a taco bell.
Terrible customer service. Staff can’t seem to read “no cheese” the last 4 times I’ve been through the drive through. Then when I checked the food and saw cheese yet again the window worker told me I never said no cheese. I pulled up the online order and showed him. Took 30 minutes to get through the drive through. Tacos looked like they were made by my dogs.
Hands-down, the most pathetic excuse for Service and Food I have ever had at a Taco Bell.
I have been to this same Taco Bell many times but it wasn't a good experience, No one in the restaurant and I am waiting more than 5 minutes, so while the guy who waited on us was nice, these fast food restaurants have gone way down hill , my tacos might as well been veggie tacos, tacos had mostly lettuce, no cheese or much meat, they were messy not well wrapped
Do not like ordering at the kiosk. Would rather speak to an employee. And why do some restaurants put tomatoes on crispy tacos and others dont?
Ordered food online when I got home the portion of the protein bowl were slim to none and had wrong meat in it. Nothing about my order was correct and this was an online order so shouldn’t of had any errors
