I ordered a bacon, egg and cheese burrito for breakfast this morning. I waited almost 10 minutes in the Drive-Thru thinking I was waiting on the correct thing. I get home and I bite into it. Just to realize I got the sausage, egg and cheese burrito... I don't like sausage. Kind of ruined my first time of going to Taco Bell for breakfast lol
Food is pretty good for the most part, but at time the tacos are soggy. They have a new dragon fruit drink out that I highly recommend and my favorite thing from taco bell is the crunch wrap, cheesy potatoes.
The manager went above and beyond to ensure our order was made correctly. It’s the best Taco Bell around!
ordered two delux craving boxes and asked for no sour cream no tomatoes and my husband order the same no sauce and they messed up both orders added sour cream and sauce to his when he asked no sauce please sidneys taco bell and troys are way better then this one the staff need retained here
Please do not ever go at the end of the night ever. We should have known better the last couple of times we have went. They are often out of certain things. They often forget items and get upset when you ask for them. This is our taco and my daughter's chalupa had 3 little pieces of steak. These are from 2 separate visits and on Covington avenue in Piqua. They also sometimes shut down early or intentionally leave their lights off a half an hour before they close. They also don't know what comes in or on certain items.
they actually messed my tacos up at 1st but immediately corrected them and they were polite and the food was hot and delicious
These employees on Covington Ave in piqua are so dang lazy. Won't cook the chalupa shells like come on it only takes a few minutes to fry them this is a reoccurring issue. Food came fast but wasn't worth it because nothing is ever made correctly. Don't bother paying for extra sour cream because you won't get it.
The guy that drives through did not know how to do his math correctly but other than that they were nice polite and efficient
