Best WLM Reviews
I don’t know if today they were expecting an inspection or what but the portions on my tacos were absolutely perfect and neat, as well as all my items were neatly placed in my bag with care! Im not used to that anymore. Usually items are thrown in the bag and cheese and cinnamon twists are everywhere, but not this time!! I was very impressed with this drive thru experience on 3/5 @6:28pm at the Palm Harbor location on US 19.
Where has the customer service industry gone wrong.
Taco Bell over all needs improvement in the personal service

If you cant acknowledge a customer at the counter as they stand at the counter with order ready to go…..
Why do you think we want to waste our time at a self serve kiosk nor give this very slow location inside service or drive through
This place is fantastic! They acknowledge your order very well, give you great service and are stand-up employees. I'm very pleased with their service. Thank you. You all are awesome!
Man I go to Taco Bell to much… I have taco bell like 8 times in my review list I should review ????
But can’t skip out on cravings. Dorito tacos all day I love it! Never take it away taco bell! My partner loves y’all’s chicken quesadilla. :)
$4.99 for a crunch wrap that was basically just a tortilla with a tiny bit of filling…. We ordered 3 crunch wraps and all 3 looked like this.
i went into the drive through and a big black burly man opened the window and greeted me with a friendly hello but then he handed me my food and i left i went home only to realize someone ate all my food and spit in my drink i would have loved to rate the food but unfortunately due to the circumstances i wasn’t able to taste the food overall service was good atmosphere bad he kind of scared me.
The food could be much better. They serve cold food that should be warmed. I guess the food warmer never workers. Employees need to wash their hands after they sneeze, cough, touch the trash can..Uuggh‼️ Yuck
You guys should fix the drive thru mic and screen or just do better because my order is wrong 9/10 times. On doordash too. This time you gave me beef instead of vegetarian burrito. Not cool.
