They made sure not to replace the light over the John in the men's room so you can't see the nastiness you're expected to sit down on to do your business.
20 damn minutes for 2 chalupas. Somebody should call for a corporate audit.
This is by far the slowest taco bell on earth. Crazy how bad it is. I always seem to forget every 6 months or so when I want taco bell. I'd put $100 that after I placed my order, I could have driven to the next taco bell 5 miles away, ordered, and got my food before I moved 2 spots. I'm not joking either. I see at least 4 people in the back, working. I've moved 3 car spots in 25 minutes.
The worst part is that once you pull in, you can't leave the drive through line. It's one lane.
This is the absolutely worse Taco Bell I’ve ever been to in my life. The staff members are disrespectful and incompetent of being able to do their job correctly. Expect to not receive items you ordered and when you actually get food it will be made incorrect. Years ago this was the best location in the area. Tonight I was missing an item and when I went in store to retrieve the item it was made missing a part of the quesadilla (photo attached)
15 mins waiting in drive up...not one car moved. Called inside and they claimed they were "short handed". Seriously, the way the food looks when you get it, it really only takes one person to throw the filler at tacos and crank out a dozen in less than a minute! All told, took 38 mins to get 3 cars from the order pylon to the window only to find out it's now TWENTY-FOUR-FREAKING-DOLLARS for 12 regular tacos!! One more so-called "fast food" joint I'll be giving a miss from now on because — for that same $24 — I can make THIRTY tacos at home as well as some burritos on the side.
I’ve always had issues with this location. I can never get my order made correctly. Today specifically I had my whole order which totaled $27, given to the car in front of me. I pulled up and they tried giving me the meal for the person in front of me instead of mine. When I told them it wasn’t mine and what my order was the girl at the window looked shocked. They remade my order and it still wasn’t correct. I wasn’t going to bother going inside to have it fixed, it probably still would have come out wrong anyways.
Every time I come here I’m disappointed in how badly my order is messed up whether it be missing a few things, certain items aren’t what they’re supposed to be, or it’s cold/soggy, etc. I’ve had it all happen. It’s really not that hard to make some tacos and burritos but it never fails to happen.
This Taco Bell has really changed since they opened and I will say it has changed negatively. Every time I go they forget something or don’t get my order correctly. Is normal.. it happens but every time? Last time I went I was waiting at the front just for a water cup and there were a bunch of girls talking and gossiping at the back. The dining is dirty and tables are never cleaned and the floors are dirty as well.. if the whole place is dirty I don’t want to imagine how they serve our food. I feel like the workers here really don’t care to satisfy or even help the customer but they are just there to get their money and that’s it.
Went through on a my motor scooter that weighs a little less the an actual motorcycle and got told that since it didn't trigger the drive thru that I have to just go inside to order and pick up my food kinda stupid in my mind I trigger every other drive thru on the mesa so.. what's the issue
So it seems that when I order through the drive thru, my order is either missing items already paid for or it's wrong in general. No sauce, even though that was paid for, I ordered the party pack taco supream but instead was given the basic ones, missing sauce again. Never leave until you check the bags and box of your order as it is an inconvenience every single time I get home to discover the order wasn't what was ordered and paid for. Every. Single. Time. Poor execution of following simple service with staff and possibly management regardless of time of day your order is placed. Waste of time and money having to drive back to retrieve what should have been handled correctly in the first place.
