My order is wrong every single time. Some of the mistakes are just straight up illogical. The food is very sloppy and poor quality. Every time I've tried to get a cheese quesadilla here, it's basically just an empty burned tortilla ????
Edit to add they are still the worst taco Bell of all time. Look at this Mexican pizza. It wasn't even prepared. It was just empty tostada shells with a scoop of beans on one corner, covered in smashed shell and partially melted cheese. Very gross. Please skip this place. When I place a mobile order they usually make me wait 10-20 minutes also and still get the order wrong.
How difficult is it to not add lettuce to an item? You honored my other request, but the one that affects my health you refuse to get right every time? I have an allergy, it's not a matter of preference, I literally cannot eat lettuce without an allergic reaction.
I feel like they purposely mess up orders. I have been to this location several times and every single time I have went or ordered through an app they have messed up my order. I will put no lettuce, the receipt will say no lettuce. I open the taco and it's mostly lettuce. Or I'll order a drink and it won't have any ice. This location is a waste of your money. Especially since they cannot take the time to check to see if they can do less work by items not being wanted.
Went to the Taco Bell ordered three Chalupa crave boxes. They put everything in a bag and said here you’re done it’s it and it wasn’t even there no drinks half of the orders weren’t there. What was there? We couldn’t eat because it was so stale. You could not eat it . Tried to call back, but never answered the phone. That is the worst place for service and food that I have been to in a long time and will never go back
During the day it's ok. During the night I recommend NOBODY GOES. They messed my order up very badly. They were not professional and were very careless. I hope someone stops this because somebody will get really sick if this continues. Food was cold,order was incorrect,and I kept getting cut off while trying place my order.
I have been wanting Taco Bell for weeks but hate the wait. Well I was surprised how much this location changed. I got my food fast, fresh and hot. The manager on duty was Caleb. He made sure his staff was friendly because they had no choice but display the amazing customer service he gave. His friendly smile and service will definitely bring me back. The food taste like it was made fresh to every order. I'm glad you've changed the management!
Food was cold and taco was soggy requested fresh cinabons and they were hard very disappointed
Not only was I missing food from my order, everything was stuffed into one bag and my meal was smashed.
