The employees were very nice through the drive through and the food was as expected delicious. We did not go into the store but it appeared very clean. The order was filled correctly and I was pleased.
Total rip off. Supposed to be a chicken chalupas. There were 2 small chunks of chicken. The chalupa shells was gross, it tasted like old grease and was tough like when you microwave bread. The little bit of chicken that were in the chalupas were disgusting, It was hard and tasted awful. The taco Supreme had no sour cream or tomatoes. Don't go to this taco bell unless you want to get ripped off and get inedible food. If I get food poisoning from the small amount of food I am actually able to eat, I'm reporting the to the health dept.
Had some questions about the menu and Guille was extremely helpful. Place was very clean. Ambience was chill. Everything looked like it was well stocked. They have an ordering kiosk but it seemed like everyone still preferred to order with a person. Took a few minutes to get the food. Seemed like they were all new.
Went through the drive thru and two employees were outside smoking weed, but it was the kind of weed that smells really strong and cheap. Left my car stanking.
This is a Taco Bell on West Lake Mead. The absolutely only reason I've continued going to this one is because it's literally down the street from my house, but after this visit I will not be going back. No employee was friendly. I placed my order for three regular tacos with extra cheese. I added that I would like some mild sauce. I got to the window and it was more like give me your money and I'll give you your food type attitude because he gave me the amount took my card charged it get my car back and then another employee came over and handed my bag out with the food. I got it home only to find out that once again the tacos were stuck to the wrapper. This happens every single time at this location! I don't know what is going on but the edge of the tacos sticks to the wrapper. And then it cracks open when you try and take it apart. Two out of the three tacos had majorly cracked cells like someone put their finger in the middle and push a little bit causing it to crack all over. The meat was cold. There was absolutely no extra cheese and now I've got to look at the receipt and see if I was charged. It's not like I'm going to go back anyway but it'll be just the principal. And there is absolutely no sauce in the bag. Oh and no napkins! The service is like this every time only once in a blue moon I've had a nice person. But the food is always horrible. I don't know why they can't get tacos to not stick to the wrapper but it's frustrating. I'm surprised they lasted in this location as long as they have. If I want Taco Bell I assure you I will not be back to this location.
Employees weren’t that friendly. The portions were the smallest I’d ever seen from a Taco Bell. Came back a couple weeks later, same bad portions. Also shorted us several items.
Dropped by for lunch, submitted my order through the kiosk, and waited for my order. After about 15 minutes of not seeing it, I checked on the order’s status with the cashier. They couldn’t locate it, and asked me to resubmit and repay for it. Nope. I ran out of time and left having paid about $10 with no food.
So then I called customer service to try to recoup my money. They didn’t reimburse it but rather sent me $10 in gift cards.
So I tried to give this location a second chance, and they refused to accept these. They didn’t know how. I told them I had time and I would wait while they called to figure it out. The manager lied, saying she already called (she didn’t).
What a terrible location. Will be avoiding in the future.
I had a few minutes before my basketball game in the area. This place was convenient and priced just right for me.
