ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! I have not had Taco Bell in a year. I decided tonight to give this one a try on Mary Esther. BAD BAD BAD decision! I will NEVER return . They even made me wait 10 minutes for my food. My bean burrito 1...is cold ???? 2. .there is 1 tblsp. Beans and I kid you not 1/3 cup onions. I ask for a bean burrito w/no red sauce. ALL of my tacos are cracked in half and old....yet I waited 10 minutes for??????? Cashier rude!
There were only two employees working when we went for dinner tonight but they were KILLING IT. Working in fast food can be hard enough as it is, being this understaffed makes it much easier to become overwhelmed and frustrated. Nonetheless, we were greeted, asked how we were, attended to kindly and as quickly as manageable, our food came out in a timely manner, the order was correct and it was fresh. I really hope these two are loudly appreciated, because good employees are hard to find right now, especially employees who go out of their way to keep a business that isn’t theirs running smoothly and efficiently like this.
The worst taco bell in history. Drive thru closed at 7pm. But use the drive thru headset to tell you drive is closed & to come inside. But also worried about drive thru time. But once again drive thru closed. How you worried about time but it's closed! I'm a RGM & for sure I would have another crew by tomorrow night. If I encountered this type of service at my establishment.
Whomever owns this franchised location Really Really needs to hire a manager that can finally run this place right!!!
So very sick of ordering 2 things and at least one is wrong. Always being asked to drive around to the parking lot and wait for your food so it doesn't "mess up their wait time". Oh, you mean help us hide from our corporate office, we can't let them know we are taking 12 minutes to make 2 tacos.

Apparently the self order kiosk is the only way to do anything at the establishment. My card wouldn’t go through and I tried to pay at the counter like it said and the lady working told me she couldn’t do it… I tried explaining the situation and she seemed to not really care and just kept saying she couldn’t do anything. So apparently the registers are for show. Barely anyone in the store and in the drive through so I don’t know what the issue was. Food was pretty good after waiting. Service seems to be lacking quite a bit though.
If you’re wanting to get your food quick on lunch break, don’t use this Taco Bell because they’re drive-thru conveniently never works, much like the employees, considering it’s not as if they have to take orders at the counter when there are kiosks that do it for them, but there’s always someone at the drive-through window and cash register with a headset on. Pretty sure they’re just pure lazy. If it’s truly closed/inoperable then block it and put a sign up so people can’t drive through…
This location is really quick with your orders and they're always accurate. In fact, the only times I've had an order wrong was when they gave me MORE than what I asked for. They will, however, park you if you go through the drive through roughly 80% of the time.
Food is hot and fresh, they always give you what you ordered or more. I've gotten nachos packed so full the box was bursting open. Can't recommend them enough.
Went through the drive through. Waited a good long while with only 1 other car in line. No big deal I'm patient. But I got my food and my drink. Went to drink my Dr. Pepper and had only literally 4 melting cubes of ice in 90° . Then the picture I have shared is what I came back with. This is smallest amount of food I've ever purchased from Taco Bell. This is ridiculous and honestly not appealing to eat. So I didn't eat the Quesadillas. But only my Taco and grabbed a cold drink out of my fridge. Won't be back to this location.
