I literally got 1 1/2 chicken cantina tacos, some chips with a half container of cheese and a medium Pepsi for $9.19 + tax. Way to go Taco Bell!
I'm completely disappointed with my experience I will not be spending my money here again. I ordered two California Breakfast Crunchwraps with no bacon to pick up on my way to work. I ordered my food 30 minutes before I got here. When I got there the place was totally empty and I was like sweet they'll be fast and they were. I got my food within 5 minutes and I was on my way. I get to work and I dig into my wrap and I'm presented with a small wrap that is filled with barely any eggs or cheese and filled with chipotle sauce. For context these wraps are supposed to be made with tomatoes, guacamole, cheese, egg, hashbrown, and typically bacon but I can't eat bacon. For $3.99 each to get a half a** wrap is unacceptable. I don't know if it's a lack of training or lazy employees but this is just sad. I'll just stick to the Taco Bell near The School for The Deaf.
Driving on a trip and stopped to eat. Asked for two items one no sauces or cheese as I have a dairy allergy. Got in the car and look to find cheese. Took the burrito back in and explain it can't have cheese. The person helping looks annoyed, speaks to the person who made and that person says its not a big deal and they can't control it. THEN DONT OFFER IT.
the manager EVA just hung up on me for asking a question. I was not even finished talking and was hung up on that was RUDE. But this is not the only time even when we go by the window she don't take ur full order and tells u to move up. Sad that the management doesn't care about customer service.
I ordered two of beefy Doble from 3 dollar menu. They gave me been burrito the one from dollar menu. I have ordered this during lunch time and no problem.
3 AM in town the only place open at 3 AM in town very happy to get some food because I was really hungry The guys at the drive-through were very nice. That’s all that’s open is the drive-through but that’s good enough to get my food.
the grab-and-go thing when ordering from the app isn't any good if you get a drink, they never put a cup out with your order and there's never anyone at the counter so you end up standing there forever trying to get someone's attention to get your drink.
if you customize your order at all, be prepared for them to mess it up 90% of the time, and when you take it back to them they'll be confused and rude about it. be sure you check the replacement food because they'll mess that up too. i mean, i know it's taco bell, but still
The food is always portioned correctly and the employees are always very nice and calm. It's a very relaxed environment. My go to orders are either the $5 nachos box (which the toppings are just the right amount) OR the $5 chalupa box (always hot, fresh, and delicious of course). I come here maybe once a week for a month or two now and have never had a bad experience, personally. The drive thru is quick, and the dine in area is always clean and tidy.
