Best WLM Reviews
This place is amazing! I had never seen a Taco Bell this fancy. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Even though we were required to order via kiosk, a very friendly and attentive employee made herself available if we had any questions or issues. The atmosphere was awesome, with all the guitars and musical nods in the decor.
Absolutely ridiculous how snobby and and petty the workers are there. They make their Sour Cream an extra Dollar and then won’t even put it on the taco and when I took it up there and asked for them to put a little bit on there, they made a whole new taco and put the sour cream in a cup. Petty and absolutely ridiculous. Why you working there if you don’t want to do the job? Go do a different job? A Supreme taco has Meat, cheese, tomato, lettuce, and sour cream. Never worked there a day in my life and I know that much. The owner or store manager needs to have a serious talk with their employees. This place is an absolute joke.
Every time ive gone here ive gotten food poisioning. Do not reccomend
After walking in the door and waiting as the customers that was already in line finished there order we was told they was closed and we could not place an order because they close at 10:00 after looking at my watch and seeing it was like 15 till I ask the other workers ...then why was we allowed to stand here waiting while the people in front of us placed there order. They replied that we should have gotten here sooner but the drive trough was open and laughed.
So, my friend has had problems with the pick up, the past two times, they’ve acted like the order isn’t placed. Even though it was paid for and she got the confirmation number . Had to call and tell them about it both times. The second time she got told to hold on a second and the phone was sat down for 5 minutes and no one came back to it. Not trying to be a Karen or just complain but the first time she had to cancel the order. Just be careful about the mobile orders and pick up!
Usually good but if you get anything with rice be prepared for it to most likely be hard and undercooked.
Clean inside and outside. Drive thru was friendly and had excellent service. Food was just right. highly recommend.
This location has completely gone downhill. The new building and location did nothing to improve on the service or quality of the food. It usually takes multiple bad experiences before I leave a review like this. On more than one occasion I've been given potatoes burnt beyond the point of consumption. They were like rocks and caused me to chip a tooth. But that's not even why Im here writing this today. Last night my meal was ruined before I could even it get it home. There was so much grease seeping from the meat that the paper wrapping had completely dissolved into my food and completely dissolved the bottom of the bag. It was so greasy and wet that the food couldn't maintain its form and became an amalgam of paper and slop in my floor board. I didn't notice the severity until i was already home. The staff took no care what-so-ever to ensure the food was prepared to taco bell standards.
