This Taco Bell don’t take pride in the service food all crushed and thrown together. Something so easy to do and they can’t seem to do it right. It’s nasty and thrown together yes it’s fast food but at least make it presentable.
I placed an order through Uber Eats at 7:30 AM
Driver tells me the store is closed, even though they open at 7.
Get switched to a different driver, an hour 30 mins later at 8:50 AM I'm still waiting for contact for confirmation on what's going on. Tried calling the store phone, no one picks up, it just rings and rings forever.
This is not the first bad experience I've had. Even when I visit the store in person and try placing a mobile order from my phone to "skip the line and skip the wait", I STILL wait. The previous time I visited a week ago, 2 people ordered at the counter after me and received their's first. Drive Thru customers received their orders. 20 minutes in and still they did not make my order nor were aware that it was even placed. I had to tell them, be argued with that it doesn't exist thinking I'm trying to score free food. Had to get the manager to look for my order and found it buried under a series of others from being bumped off carelessly.
They copped an attitude with me acting as if I were inconveniencing them and my food was received poorly made, all sloppy, cold even.
This location has a poorly trained crew, with even worse service. It is time to put in a General Manager who actually cares about the restaurant and it's customers.
Nothing but dumb teenagers “work” here, we placed an order online, came to pick it up & they gave us the wrong order, they tell us to park in the front so they can bring our order out & we wait for 20 mins , my husband goes inside to check why it’s taking so long & they had the nerve to say they forgot about us. Ridiculous
Waited 55 min on a Quesadilla and a shredded beef dipping taco went to ask what was going on and what seemed to be the manager was already not having a good day was rude with me and my co worker didn't know what we were talking about when she did find our order she under cooked the meal and sloppy threw everything together the preceded to throw our bags food on the counter without knowing who's meal is who's walked away as we started asking for hot sauce since the sauce cans were empty she threw the sauces on a box and walked away hand down worst experience I have ever had at this taco bell ....WACK...not to mention the no drink selections
Robert G was working the drive through and even though they were really busy he was really sweet and quick. It’s a nice change from some fast food workers I’ve encountered. My quesadilla was perfect.
low key worst place i been at i mean like i got hungry yk? so hungry to the point to eat taco bell and it was BAD BRO. I mean i get it your taco bell it’s already bad. A girl with tattoos was so rude to me, someone needs to be replaced and reported. I don’t see why anyone would want to work there. You needa step up or sum and not to mention y’all’s food gave me food poisoning so might wanna check those dates.
I ordered the Burrito supreme Combo, extra crunchy taco, cinnamon sticks, strawberry Lemonade, extra hot sauce packets. This is what I got the burrito was so soggy and disgusting I don't even think a dog would eat it, the taco was soggy at the bottom, the extra taco was missing, the sauce packets was missing, and the Lemonade had a moldy smell and taste to it! The Door dash driver walked to my house from down the street and my bag was all crumbled up and missing the sticker that keeps it closed!! I couldn't believe it. I threw away the whole meal in the trash and dumped the drink down the drain. So I lost $20 plus the $4 tip. I would not recommend this store to anyone!!!!
Messed up my order. I specifically said steak burrito supreme. , they gave me beef supreme, so they overcharged me. I tried to call to talk to the manager, but they just hang up on me.
