I've eaten here before.. the food and service is always good. This past time, we were missing an order which is frustrating when you don't find out until you are home... check your bag before you leave.. easy mistake.
Location is clean and stocked pretty well. Food is warm but always comes out messy and thrown together. Food is still tasty. But the friendliness of the staff makes up for the little things. The atmosphere is boring and dull but that's not the staff's fault. It's whoever decided to turn Taco Bell grey depressing.
Food was awesome, my first time at the new location! Very quick and the employees were super polite.
Waited for about 7 to 8 minutes to finally have someone take my order. It was the girl at the drive thru. Running both registers by herself. The only reason they get two stars is because of that girl. The manager came out, went to the register and opened it, clicked a few buttons and got the register total. Never once looked up or apologize for the long wait. She then waddled back to what I awesome is the back office. Then a young cashier girl came up, her lunch in hand, two tubs of some type of salad. Clocked in and began to take orders. While all this is going on a drive thru customer comes in and shouted what did you guys give up on drive thru? The poor drivethru girl got overwhelmed and stopped taking drivethrue orders. The food was ready a lot quicker than the order was taken. As food for the food, subpar at best, prices are medium - low. Place is completely filthy, right down to obvious places, like the registers. I'll never eat here agian and I hope you won't either, for your Health's sake!
1st time visiting in a while, ordered on kiosk, simple enough, fast service, warm food, not too crowded, dined in, will be back again for sure, noticed that the area around the concession needed to be policed up, just saying, however, hope to dine with you guys again, ????
1st time here! Food completely cold! Only ordered twist and nachos. I initially went thru the drive thru. Came in to bring it back. Walked in to see twist just sitting there catching air. Then the supervisor on duty says the manager made a rule only they can give refunds. Told me they'll be in in th morning. Mind you, I drove up from FL and will not be back. So now, how do I get my money back??? I don't right! What's the point of having a supervisor on duty that can't do anything? I don't usually eat Taco Bell but visiting from out of town, I stopped by. Totally Regretful!!! I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN! And I'm posting my review EVERYWHERE possible!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ???? And the girl at the counter who I didn't say a word to was huffing and puffing like I was holding her up or something and I wasn't even dealing with her or in the way of anybody. The girl with the braids n gold string in her hair!
One of the cleanest Taco Bells I have been in. Nice employees and good leadership at this restaurant. ????
The food can be delicious at times and sometimes it sure can get a thumbs down. I ordered a taco salad "Omg"..chunks of old lettuce, with just a small amount of meat, no dressing and stale tortilla chips! Need I say more?..... Update 7/12/21 Taco Bell will never change! They really served my baby this chicken burrito like this..
