I ordered online and paid $37.40 for:
- 2 crunch wrap supremes (chicken)
- 2 chicken quesadillas
- 4 soft tacos
- 2 chips with nacho cheese
- 6 Avacado salsa packets
What I got:
- I tried to make one wrap from the two I got and I still couldn't find any chicken. Cold cheese, lettuce and bread. Please refer to the picture.
- chicken quesadillas were more like thin flat breads. Two on top of each other still wouldn't make one proper quesadilla.
- 4 soft tacos were embarrassing. Just imagine what it would be from my comments on the quesadilla and the wrap.
- There was no nacho cheese for the chips
- There were no Avacado sauces :)
I am not sure if the managers are seeing this message, but I really want my money back! This is theft!
It's a Taco Bell, we're not talking elegant dining. I will say they are doing much better the last few visits. I typically order on the app then pick it up to eat there (crunchy tacos and nachos don't typically travel well). In the last couple of years, it could take me upwards of 15 minutes after I got inside to get food, but that isn't typical anymore. Usually within 5 minutes I've got my food. They do ask the name so maybe they are prioritizing mobile orders when the person is there, not sure, but whatever it is it's working better. Good is fresh and tasty. I do with on the app there was a done in option as it seems like a waste to bag up and sticker everything for me to just rip it open in the dining room.
First of all the food was.... fine. It's never top notch from this location. The flatbread for my cheesy gordita crunch was slightly stale, as it usually is. But the food isn't what I'm here to complain about. These guys really handed me this cup of the palest Baja Blast I've ever seen and acted like it was normal. Clearly their machine is running out of mix and they need to replenish, but they're out here handing people Baja Blast La Croix. That's literally what it tastes like. It's carbonated water with a hint of Baja Blast flavor. This location has consistently been lacking and they really need to step it up. Take a look at your Google reviews, y'all. Fix your store.
40 minutes waist the drive thru with only 5 cars ahead is ridiculous. Management needs to do better, you have a lot of employees and you locked up the lobby early
Very nice at drive through. And patient. My family members like the food. I'm not a fan. Line is too long all day for a casual foid item.
We decided to dine in at this taco bell today. No surprise, per usual for this location, they let us down. Ordered our food at the kiosk which is annoying enough. We got our drink cups right away then sat down. Once we were good and frustrated at not receiving our order after at least 15 minutes, a worker tells us across the restaurant that they ran out of eggs and it will be awhile until its ready. I was quite annoyed and went up and expressed my frustration at being overlooked for the constant stream of drive through customers who came and went with their food that whole time while we waited. Another 5 minutes later, we were informed again across the restaurant that they were actually completely out of eggs and wouldn't be able to make our food we waited that whole time for. They offered to make us something else but I asked for a refund. We then had to stand there while they called someone to figure out how to do our refund and ring up our order to recreate it for a refund. Which was still short 20 cents but I couldn't wait any longer. We wasted so much time at this place for nothing.
Are the new cantina tacos and burritos supposed to not have much on them? $3.30 for the tacos and $6.50 for the burritos. I ordered 3 tacos and 1 burrito and they had practically nothing on them.
To the manager of this store that accused me of just wanting a free hand out when I requested she refund my order cost of $35.80 on Friday 11/10/23. Allow me to break this down for you.
Fast food workers when you short a person's order the proper correction is not to tell the customer to come back and you'll give them the missing item. You have now cost the person time, wear and tear to their vehicle and gas.
Your restaurant that shorted our order is 10 miles and 20 minutes of travel time each way from our house.
Basic math that's 2/3 of an hour of just travel time. If I was getting paid my hourly rate that would be $39.53 of lost wages for your mistake.
Mileage reimbursement for wear and tear on a vehicle is $.66/mile. So, that's $13.20 of wear and tear on my vehicle due to your mistake.
Gas burned would be about 1 gallon at $3/gallon.
In total for me to return to your business due to your mistake you cost me a total of $55.73.
So, my request of you fully refunding the $35.80 is not an unreasonable request to correct your mistake.
When mistakes do not have an appropriate punishment for the establishment then mistakes will continue to occur as one does not change until the pain of remaining the same is greater than the pain of changing.
