After not only waiting 20 minutes for my food, getting home and not having my entire order. They were nice about giving me the missed item for free, great no problem, what happens when I get home and JUST open my taco? Completely smashed, I’m not sure if this was a petty move but how can the employees think this passable to hand to a customer?
I don’t even know what to say. First time there & think it will be my last.
This chicken chalupa hardly has any chicken.
& my doritos cheese gordita crunch is missing THE CHEESE????
I can’t make this up. I was craving taco bell and I am bummed with my experience today.
Sign on the door says they're open at 8 a.m. showed up at 8:30 today and the lobby was locked. Doesn't seem very open to me. Normally this Taco Bell is really good with food, so I'm surprised that they can't even open the lobby at the time that they advertise. Guess I'll go somewhere else for breakfast from now on.
I waited 25 minutes at the drive-thru tonight and the person in front of still didn't order. Finally after the 3 people behind me left I decided to backup and leave also. If you can't handle the crowd get out of the kitchen. Never going back!
The Fat lady works around 5:00 pm who takes order over drive through got so much attitude nasty way to treat customers please be aware people before you get treated like that !
Honestly this place is a hit or miss, somedays the food is really good, others not so much. Don't even bother going through the drive through around dinner time and 12am you'll be stuck in line for a good 20 minutes.
Depressing, staff don't bother to check if orders are right.
Also, with a negative attitude
The food tastes very good but the portions are ridiculously small. You have to buy two meals to be satisfied. I don't eat much, I eat like a little kid and was hangry after I ate the power menu. Now I prefer to go to other restaurants. No more taco bell.
