I share my perspective as a former employee at Taco Bell.
The dining room was clean and orderly.
My kids shared that the bathrooms (male & female had “back-end blowouts on the toilets.” I know it’s Taco Bell…
The service was agonizing. First the order kiosk was where orders go. No staff came to greet or check on customers. Most staff were hiding in the back.
My order AND the customer ahead of me waited 30 minutes for food. This is fast food. Timing should be quick, especially at Taco Bell. It wasn’t even busy on this visit.
The food was alright, but the quesadilla ordered was with guacamole and sour cream. However, the intentions on these additional items was to have it on the side and because the service was missing at the beginning, the end result showed.
None of what I expected from a Taco Bell showed up on this visit.
Disappointing.
Once again the Kindness of Erie strikes again and totally blows my mind! It just feels different here. Due to timing and hours of places I relied on fast food during my visit here and I have to say staff at each place was just incredible.
I ordered online and my order was ready, correct, presented well, and the guy at the window was super chill and polite.
Manners go a long way and it’s just awesome to experience when away from home. Thank you!!!
They consistently get my online orders wrong. At this point, it is on me for continuing to order here even though it is close to my work. When I use the online order system, they'll ask me to confirm that my order is correct on the screen. Every time, it is shown correct but is given to me incorrectly.
We stopped here during our road trip from Montreal to Ohio. It was way past our lunch time, and we were getting very hungry, so we decided to stop here to fill our stomachs though Taco Bell is not our usual choice of food. You know you need something quick during your road trip especially if you have several hours to get to your destination for the day.
We opted for Taco-Burrito Cravings Pack (4 each of hard-shell tacos & burritos, photo). It served a purpose of filling our stomachs for sure. In fact, we couldn't finish the last burrito in the box, so we took it with us for a late night snack. It served me well since we had a blackout in the town we stayed at due to a tornado touchdown in the middle of the night. How about that??
The CT Chicken Bowl had very little black beans and for $8 was not worth it, also my Solf Taco had very little anything in it, very disappointed
my soft tacos with no lettuce were more tortilla than anything else, didnt even reach the ends. my beef burrito supreme didnt seem like it had any beans, while my moms barely had any beef. her mexican pizza was also overcooked, which makes it harder for her to eat without teeth. it could just be because it was barely after midnight, but for a fast food place that usually has late nights/24-7 hours, this is pretty sad
Oh entered in the store T 11:55pm bc door was open and the guy was cleaning and he let me in ….but there was tall white guy was in the back literally start crying over me coming late even tho drive through was still open ….and he curse in the back the whole time and took them 20 minutes for a casadia and bean borito….can only imagine what miserable life he’s living….if he hate it that much go get a actual job that can make you happy instead of living in misery…feel sorry for him and his surroundings
The service was fast and efficient and restaurant clean but our order was incorrect and we had driven too far away to ask for a correction.
