I love this restaurant! It's usually my all-time favorite restaurant. However, this time was a tad bit different. I requested one of my food items to be modified slightly. When I received that it was not modified but halfway. Because I asked for a cheesy gordita crunch without the hard shell since it hurts my teeth. But instead of getting it without the show I ended up with it. Their pop machine in the lobby didn't work either.b the drive-through person that went and got me one from the drive-thru. Which they said amazingly much better! Other than that, it was an amazing visit!
I love this Taco Bell. The store is always clean and the food is always hot and delicious. Keep up the good work. Know that your all appreciated!
Ordered on the app, showed up, order said 'ready', but they looked at me like I was nuts. Waited over 25 minutes after that only to be told they hadn't even started it. I have to assume someone stole my food, and the folks working couldn't care less.
Put in a ticket on the app, haven't heard back. This store literally stole my money. I'll adjust my review once I'm at least refunded.
Every time we order delivery they forget the drinks and sauces. Taco Bell food sucks without fire sauce and their new cantina chicken items are probably good with the avocado sauce but I wouldn't know because we didn't receive the packs. So glad I paid $4.99 for delivery and tipped my driver for no drink or sauces.

Taco Bell is no longer a good place to eat. All their food tastes nasty. It used to be a very nice reasonably priced restaurant for invitation taco food which was okay Anderson satisfy your need for a meal. That is no longer the truth. Everything is nasty and they're very cheap with giving you what you pay for. They put very little meat on their product and try to charge you for everything like sour cream. I hate Taco Bell for what they've done to this company. I will not by Taco Bell again. Die Taco Bell die. You are worthless
This is my second single star review. This place is horrible. On my most recent visit, the kitchen staff were arguing and not paying attention to their work. It took three attempts for the customer in front of me to get a correct order. My order took 20 minutes - 6 tacos. I should have made them at home. It would have been faster, cheaper, and tasted better without the frustration. I won't be back for another single star experience.
I have been to this Taco Bell multiple times for lunch and quick dinner different times thought out the week. Very poor customer service and they can’t seem to have everything made the way you ordered it, my orders was done by the Taco Bell app and they can’t get the burritos made the way I had it created. Also the wait time at the speaker is ridiculous for them to even say something. Would not recommend this Taco Bell location.
