Made a complaint today about a $50 order @ the Taco Bell on S Hamilton Rd, Columbus Oh. The staff require you to order by kiosk (which can be challenging to older customers). Once ordered the food is all packed into one bag with a Mexican pizza (in a flimsy cardboard box) at the bottom. Needless to say, the pizza ends up smashed. This happens repeatedly despite requests to pack the pizza separately. This has happened multiple times over the last few months. The staff's indifference and repeated errors has made us consider other options instead of Taco Bell. I don't think we will be returning any time soon at least @ this location.
The meager amount of black beans they put in my power bowl look liked they scraped it from the bottom of grandma's dutch pot. It's was dehydrated and tasteless. I would have felt better if they had just told me they ran out of black beans.
I just pulled up 1:45am on 4/29/24 and the women I. The speaker stated: We’re closed due to receiving inventory. I pull off and see staff outside. I’m an Assistant general manager at Popeyes last 4 years. Staff like this need fired. No truck and or inventory is being checked in at 1:45am. It’s sad and I won’t be back..
This ain't it. 3 dollars for one Supreme Taco ?!? I can get Authentic tacos for less!

Anytime I go here, it's such a long wait. There's a certain group of people that work there, and when they do the rice is never fully cooked, you ask for certain sauce, and they give you a complete different one, there's this one guy that usually works nights and he has the worse attitude . It shouldn't be a hassle to get a fake Mexican burrito yo
This is the first taco bell i’ve been to that actually made my order right the first time! I ordered online and they made everything correct! And the service was super nice!
Ordered Nacho Bell Grande. It was dry barely had a cheese. Thay sprinkled it like a garnish. The drive-tgru service was dry. Big man at tge windows personality was just a dry as the nachos and the lady that served me next was acted slow. I orderd peppers, extra jalapeño peppers she charged for them then 6 stratigically placed peppers. I got her attention and told her I asked for extra peppers, she said well we gave you peppers. I said I asked for extra, she said well it will cost you, like she can't help me. I said ok? She stared at me, Jesus!
The worst Toaco Bell customer service and food. I guess they was trying to save the ingredients to take home, because I can tell they be hooking theirs up. I just wanted it made regular, you know with cheese. A waste of money, because it's trash.
We purchased taco bell from this location twice this week both times we had issues. The first time there were 3 items missing from a $40+ order & nearly all the food was so cold the cheese wasn't even melted. We did the survey and let them know as the line was to long to run back through due to time constraints. Tonight we decided to try again that was a mistake. There was well over $15 worth of food missing. This time I had to go back through the drive through ( inside was closed) There was a crunch wrap supreme and 2 grilled cheese burritos missing from a $49 dollar order. The line was so long that while waiting all the other food got cold. I was told they had remade the hard tacos & there is absolutely no way. They were so soggy the meat fell out the bottom of the middle. The bean cheese burritos had rice in them. I had specifically asked that the Mexican pizza not be put in the bottom of the bag. ( only the second time as they always smash the pizza so I had quickly removed it the first time. The pizza was smashed & cold. There were 3 soft tacos with no lettuce ordered 2 of them had lettuce. I asked 3 times for forks as we had cheesy potatoes & the pizza . We were given one fork five mild sauces and three napkins for a 19 item order. This was once our favorite taco bell when Ryan was manager this place needs someone running the show who knows what they are doing & cares about customer service.
