Place used to be great but, recently, the night shift has been making a lot of mistakes. The last 3 times I've been through the drive-thru, they've made a mistake and given me toppings (cheese) I explicitly asked to not be on my food because of food allergies. I'll be avoiding this place from now on. Shame, because for the like, 7 years prior, it was great.
I ordered through uber eats and the food was dry and no taste. Ordered hot sauce and fire sauce but got none of those. The gorditas were horrible. Asked for substitute steak in the soft taco and did not get it. I would never order from here again.
Drive through took a hour to get food. Mobile orders make nothing faster and you can’t get out of line once you’re committed to it. Staff is nice but slow.
I ordered various breakfast items and when I bit into one of the breakfast burritos it tasted like chemicals. When i check the other side of the burrito it was covered in particles of powdered bleach. Every food item had powdered bleach on the tortilla. The manager was non apologetic and did not see this as a big deal. Also to mention when I went inside the cleaning/maintenance employee was standing on top of the food prep table next to the grills.
Went to Taco Bell pretty late and I found that they grilled my steak quesadilla with degreaser, which You’re not even supposed to smell that stuff and definitely should not be eating it either I don’t know who to talk to to get a refund to get this remade, but this is dumb to the point where you should not be handling food or chemicals.
Probably favorite TacoBell in this area. Though sometimes my order is missing items, the staff is very friendly. There's definitely room for improvement but It's great to be here overall. Recommended. :)
If I could give zero stars I would. The quality of customer service is poor and not prevalent. I ordered two simple meals and took some time to unlock my card and was rudely was walked off by the employee. This was not during rush hour nor was there anyone behind me. I politely ask the guy to give me a few minutes. They rushed giving my food and left a drink off after I said something. It takes nothing to give quality customer service. It’s horrible and I won’t be back.
Went during the ending of their lunch rush hour, when you usually expect them to be behind and trying to catch up. The service was fast, food was good and the employees were friendly and professional.
