Ordered around 12am, rudest customer service I've ever dealt with and I myself work in food customer service. Misunderstood what I wanted to order and when I tried to correct got all attitude. Next time maybe instead of sitting on your phone and jack asking around in the kitchen TAKE TIME TO LISTEN TO YOUR CUSTOMERS!
Awesome location, good always hot and fresh, employees make sure the food is quality. Sometimes they leave the door locked for some weird reason for quite some time. Workers can be a little off putting and sometimes have a slight attitude but mostly fine for a tacobell.
It's crazy at 10:00 pm I drove by and saw five people in the lobby talking and laughing and they refuse to take my order and insist that only door dash orders are accepted. There should be something saying that when you pull up or at least adjust the hours of operation. Definitely won't be back ..
food was cold like it was sitting there for a while and served to the next person not fresh at all
They wouldn’t take my order, they said they were too busy. When I asked for 3 cups of water I only received 1. My burritos from the party pack were all tortilla and no meat or beans. They were cold and dry. They only had two employees working and it was 3:30 pm
I've eaten a lot around the neighborhood around here and people always mess up my order in some way shape form or fashion. THIS IS THE BEST TACO BELL I'VE EVER BEEN TO. customer service is awesome day or night and they get the orders right to the T
This place has the most horrible food and the staff needs classes due 2 their lack of customer service. I've had nothing but bad experiences from this location
Food tasted like hot cardboard and made me naseous. Person i think was manager made me feel bad for not being able to stand at the door,i told her i have trouble standing for a long time.
So i felt belittled,naseuous,and even a bit dizzy when i left. I did get a refund but this was horrible
