Oh do I have a story for y'all,
It's Sun, Dec 24 and I'm going with my sister to go get dinner for the both of us and we made online orders for Taco Bell. Now we know it's Christmas Eve. They close early so we are outside, It is about 5:50 and we're getting there before they start closing early so there's a lot of time before closing.
We arrive at the store and in the pictures and videos below, we see that there is a caution wet floor sign blocking the door and the lady and gentlemen, that's behind the area where the food would usually be prepped, are waving us off and we see our orders to be ready on the big screen. So we're showing them our phones that we ordered online and they continue to wave us off. We stood there waiting for about 15-20 minutes. Hoping that someone a manager or anything could come to the door to speak to us. And more than five people come to the door wondering what's going on and that they did a mobile order like us.
I understand that when you get to leave early you close and whatnot I understand, but what I don't understand is an entire hour and change before closing and they are still taking mobile orders, our money , and not serving anyone or informing anyone of what's going on. That's what I had a problem with, I know that stores if they are overwhelmed or the system is glitchy or it's the end of store hours, you can turn off the mobile order system, in this case they didn't.... This has to have been the worst service I've ever received from this location and I was coming here when the Burger King was here before and at the Taco Bell opening.
I did it online and they actually sent what they wanted. I called to arrange the order, twice, and never heard back from them. I'll never eat there again.
I work on the street as a UPS delivery driver. Asked the Spanish lady behind the counter if I could use the bathroom to wash my hands she said it was out of order. Then I asked how am I supposed to eat with my hands dirty? Her answer was “I don’t know” asked her for sanitizing wipes she said no. My only choice was to ask for a cup of water to do what I could to keep my hands clean. They have a lack of customer service plus the Spanish Manager was very rude as well!
Open late with little purpose. Very slow rude Spanish young manager. I work food delivery (grub hub) upon arrival 1 food preparer working with about 7 people waiting. I waited OVER 45 minutes for it. Made 7 drinks myself. Denied bathroom access by very young Spanish "manager" long braids
. After I began to report them everyone started to work including said manager
.I had 2 orders and one customer canceled as I arrived and I don't blame them..
Almost everytime I get food from here it is so delayed. The exact opposite of fast food.
Had everyone been actually working the orders would have been completed on time.
It's a big space, lots of places to sit down. They have 2 options of ordering, in person or thru the machine. They prepare the food right in front of you, so there isnt any doubts on how clean they are. It's a walk up, but a wheelchair elevator does exist. Near the train station and several blocks away from bronx Lebanon hospital.
They really played me today on seamless ! So if ur ordering online watch out cause they do not care at all.
They gave me completely different drinks and even the “Gatorade” tasted like Hawaiian Punch ...how, where, why? ????????
I paid extra for a Doritos locos tacos and I got a plain while the other two orders were fine
Complete rip off on uber eats, everything ordered not in bag best to go in store and order your food if you like cold food.
One of the nicer franchise locations, good seating areas, ample space, an a unisex bathroom. This franchise location is right next to the 4 train so it's placed in a convenient place.
