Sometimes it takes a while to be acknowledged and to get food. I feel like at times we get food with half the amount of meat and tomatoes it is supposed to have on it. That makes it not worth the price we pay. But other times it is perfect.
We spent 33 dollars on broken shells (we had the party pack ) I ordered the chicken cantina taco but I sub steak instead well I got a chicken one and it was so old it was gross and the taco shell In pieces also charged me .40 for sauce and didn't even put in the bag. I took pic but can't seem to get them to post .
Was disappointed that a new Taco Bell would be so dirty. The food was good. The staff was friendly. I will return but if it is a mess like today it will be the last.
Only gave one star because I had to. Went tonight and they didn't have what we wanted, they always seem to be out of chilli. So we ordered 3 of the $5 nacho fries boxes that contain nacho fries, Doritos taco, and a 5-layer burrito. We also ordered an extra 5-layer burrito. Had to pull around the front and wait 15 minutes to even Get our order. Get home and the "burritos" are all tortillas, hard ones at that. They did not even enough filling to even dip a chip into much less make a burrito. No nacho cheese between tortillas, a tiny smear of meat and even smaller smear of beans. More sour cream inside than anything else. Seriously disappointed and a waste of $20.
Clean facility with great customer service. Thank you.
When we got our food, the rice in our grill cheese burritos were undercooked and our crunchy tacos were falling apart in broken taco shells. This is the second time that this taco bell location has given us horrible quality food and tbh we would like a refund if possible.
Very odd experience! Was a lot of loud arguing going on in the kitchen area. Then a young man making Tacos walked up to the front counter and announced he couldn't take it anymore. He then clocked out and left the building. Lol!!! Manager claimed he had done that on numerous occasions. Not sure why he still has a job. ???? They lady taking my order did an awesome job though!! A+++++!!
They always have good food.
