Was given the completely wrong order - not the first time this has happened here. Staff incredibly incompetent- I’m a vegetarian so this food was useless to me and wasted. $10 down the drain, always check your order when going here before driving home because it will probably be wrong. The dumbing of America, can’t even get food I pay for.
The food was absolutely terrible. I love Taco Bell, a questionable choice at best, but this place.... omg. Every tortilla, taco shell, and chip I had in my order was stale. The meat seemed unseasoned as it was not the normal taco seasoned meat color. There were barely any veggies, and those present were mush or turning brown. The soda was flat, and there was no ice. The only good thing i found was the nacho cheese. Oh, the lady who gave me my food was very friendly and kind. It's just the food that's horrible.
This is a decent Taco Bell. Sometimes, the wait is a little long, but the food is usually pretty good. They've never messed up my order, so that's not bad. The new Cantina menu is very good.
3rd time going either door is locked or no drive thru. Not everyone has mobile order. No Service ever. This place is on way home but, if you can't even order. So this place being in Smithfield either needs to sell to someone who can manage better cares more or close down. Your bottom line has to be effected. Maybe you need a whole new crew or Manager needs to be there more and make changes. So disappointing again but, rest assured you have been crossed off my stop list.

This time, I ordered a crunch wrap extra cheese and it came cold, and NO cheese, although I was charged for it, and the lettuce tasted rancid... Like it was dipped in chemicals or something unnatural. I brought the food back and explained the issue (because if you call no one will answer and their voicemail is conveniently full.) They remade the crunch wrap but some twerp thought they'd spite me and add SO MUCH cheese that it's unpalatable. It's gross. And it was done on purpose. I'm really not happy and I will not be back. They don't care about quality or their customers. Literally 4 bites and I'm so unhappy I lost my appetite.
went for a chicken crispanada, a nacho belgrande with extra meat, no tomato’s and no beans. another nacho belgrande but also no tomatoes no beans. with a cup of water and a wild cherry freeze. now how i know what i ordered? because that is what was repeated to me in the drive thru. get my order and am missing the chicken crispanada, i say that nicely to ms jasmine and am immediately told that is not what was on my receipt and not what i ordered, i would’ve understood if this was in a polite more respectful manner. but i got everything but polite and respectful! MIND YOU ms jasmine never gave me a receipt to confirm my order was incorrect, which you would assume so since i’m the customer! i decided to get a refund for my entire order because not only was i dissatisfied with my order and the food, but the service and the manager working. been to this taco bell over the years and it just seems to keep getting worse! not sure what i expected
It's so much better than it used to be! I had a fairly large order. Everything in the bag was correct, hot, and fresh. For as big of an order as I had, the wait time was not bad. The customer service was great, too.
Service is terrible, half sized and cold portions, and that's if they manage to get your order correct or are even open.
