The guy that took our order was great. We don’t eat Taco Bell a lot so he walked us through the specials and had really great customer service. We were tired and dined in for breakfast. Having started our day before 6 am, we were pretty tired when we got there and he was very patient.
You have to walk into this place and yes I am talking about a Taco Bell here. You feel like you are the center of the universe and treat you very well here. everything is very clean the food is good. I am aware I am talking about a Taco Bell but you are going to forget that you are even in one.
My husband did a Mobile order and then he waited for over 30 mins and then when he mentioned where his order was. They said they didn’t have. So the manager said in a bad attitude where’s the receipt? It’s a mobile order. So he showed them his phone and told one of the other workers to write it down so it can be made. There was one piece of tomato and barely any cheese or lettuce on a chalupa. The food was over cooked and sloppy. Very disappointed especially when we go eat there when we can as dine in
My wife is sick we put in an order before 9:00 pm they told us it would take a while. That was fine. They lied to some friends of ours and before it was over they said they were shutting down and not making any more food after we had ordered over an hour before they closed!!! We’ve had trouble here in the past too!! They gave us tickets for free stuff but that don’t fix the problem this place needs better management and employees!!!!!!!!!
This is a Taco Bell and KFC combo and it was a terrible experience. The place was disgusting, it took 30 minutes to get food although there were very few customers and during this time noone made an effort to clean up anything in the establishment. There were chicken bones on the ground, the trash cans were over flowing, food and mess everywhere, the drink station looked straight out of a soda tsunami and the tables and counters were sticky wet and grody. Also we were informed that we werent able to order anything from the Taco Bell menu for 30-45 minutes because nothing was prepared, 30 minutes later when we finally got our KFC I heard the lady tell another customer the sane thing. Everything behind the counter in the food prep area was pretty gross and cluttered with trash too. Im not squeamish but this is the worst food place I've ever been to, including my experiences in 3rd world countries.
The drink station was dirty. The food was okay, but my burrito fell apart and turned into a mess. Also, when you go to the front counter they act like you are an inconvenience to them. They will walk past you and not even acknowledged you are there. They also just walk away and don’t say anything when you say thank you.
Nothing like waiting 30 minutes and spending 30 dollars and not getting all the sauces you asked for and no silverware for the bowls…. Cmon guys… 30 min… that’s a no go for me
Update: They are horrible at making orders. They can't get anything right, they don't give you all of your order and they skimp on everything super bad. How many bad reviews do they need to finally fix the problems. Is it going to take this one closing like the the last place with all the problems the last one had. Come on management!
If I could give no stars I would. It is disgusting, the workers aren't made to hold up any standards. The place is dirty and all around not clean. As I was eating one of the guys making food scratched his private area and then proceeded to make food. The food is made poorly and not put together very good. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
