If you choose this location use the drive thru. I did a mobile order ahead of time because I'm a busy man. I got to the restaurant, they hadn't started my order yet. After about 5 mins the cashier returned to the front counter and I asked about my order. He says "were working on your order rite now". Another 10 minutes until I got my order. As I sat there waiting for 2 tacos. Yes 2 simple tacos; as I watched all the cars that came in after I showed up order, get their food and leave. I thought about pulling thru the drive thru just to get my order. 15 minute ticket times on a 2 taco pre order?! Seriously?!
This taco bell location is terrible. We came through tonight and the lady who helped us was so rude when she told us they we're out of their shredded beef tacos which cost us almost $8 dollars and she said she could replace BOTH our tacos with ONE mexican pizza only. horrible customer service but whatever we took it. Then we got home and realized they also forgot multiple items from our order and our food including the mexican pizza was made HORRIBLY. this whole experience was completely unacceptable and we will be calling to speak to a manager in the morning and then won't be back.
They have the most abysmally long drive through times I’ve ever experienced. To add insult to injury, whenever their card reader goes down they put a little notice on the order box, the only problem is, now there are 4 cars behind you, no escape, stuck in the drive through at the mercy of their service times. The service quality is entirely dependent on the crew of the month. The food is getting faker and faker as the years go by, and the cherry in top is of course the pricing. 89 cent beefy 5s to $5+. Pop off tho.
Absolute terrible.
From 3:55 to 4:15 on May 30th, 2024, waited for one burrito.
Worker literally dropped it from a two feet high onto the counter to flatten my food.
Two workers at the end of the line eating food and rubbing thier faces with gloves on while packing food.
I received my food and literally threw it away on the spot.
Time stamp given to have management look at the camera feeds.
Health code violations left and right.
Very disturbing.
The worst taco bell ever food taste terrible cinomin twist tast like dirty deep fryer. Help is slower than 102 old grandma. Sorry grandma you are faster.
It's Taco Bell, you only go there when you hate yourself... Joking aside food was ok. I hit the drive through, ordered a 5 dollar box . The cinnamon twist things were super gross.
It’s really not that hard to cut a quesadilla ???? the absolute laziness. Cheese wasn’t melted on the flatbread either.
I have waited 20+ minutes for food twice now, which took my entire half hour for lunch.
Employees are slow and just dont seem to care. Worst service ever.
Edit: just opened my to go bag and got this poor excuse of a taco.
