Came in to eat breakfast. Was not even greeted just stared at.Argued me down about a water cup charged me for a large only gave me a medium then told me “calm down” when I asked for a large that I was charged for. Saya needs to not work in customer service at all she is down right nasty, rude and hideous ????????????????????
Literally the best and most efficient taco bell I've been to. I ordered like 5 boxes and they had it ready in under 7 minutes. Everything was fresh as I saw them make it in front of me. I would give them a 7 star if possible. Amazing staff.
The best place to get a broken or altogether wrong order. Great if you are looking to try things you absolutely did not order off of the menu
This particular taco bell is usually on point, helpful and polite in their late night staff. Only one issue with all the times we been here. Great staff
Now that being said.. strike 3 taco bell. I don't know what it is with companies in a world that has everything delivered from tampons to food yall treat it still like its not as important as the person in drive thru. 11 means 11 last time I checked, a pinch of cheese is not standard servings. Once again it sucks which is why I Keep paying 20a person for real Mexican food because yak don't gaf about delivery orders. That's your bread and butter. Last time I go to taco bell period. Me, my family, friends. It may not hurt your pocket but enough uber eats complaints maybe they will stop helping you survive
This Taco bell location is the absolute best . The appearance of the food was exactly like the advertisements. They were filled with pirtions you would expect them to be . The service was exceptional, and the friendliness of the staff was professional and top-notch. The service was quick and precise, and the food was handled with care instead of just thrown into the bag like other locations. I can't wait to visit this lovation again.
Order at drive thru box but forgot to order drinks and got to the window and the girl working was very rude and said you can't add anything at the window to the order. I have never heard of that rule in my 42 years of life that is very unprofessional for a fast food industry to say that to their customers. I will not be coming back to this location ever again because that's not how you treat paying customers ????
Ordered through the mobile app. Go through drive thru and let them know I placed an order through the app. After a very long pause, they tell me to pull forward. After pulling forward to the window, they tell me they don’t have a mobile order for me. No big deal, I’ll just order here then. They tell me no and that I have to pull back through the drive thru line which is considerably long and was long the first go through.
It just seems really dumb on their part. If they had just told me they hadn’t received it at the drive thru speaker, I could’ve just ordered there lol.
FYI, the mobile app support is garbage and you’ll spends weeks trying to get a refund for stuff like this. Very thankful I used a credit card and could get this resolved with a quick call to them and initiate a dispute on the charge.
Just went through the drive through and the young lady that is at the window is really rude. She has a bad attitude and seems like she just doesn't like her job. Slamming the window and swinging the food out the window.
