Food was great, super fresh, hot and tasty. How can I complain about the $5 craving box. 14 dollars worth of food for 5 bucks. The store it's self was a mess. It was filthy, and it didn't seem like any of the employees cared at all. There was no urgency to get anything cleaned up. There was what looked like feces on the bathroom floor, that an employee used and had to have seen. Pretty gross and sad. But like I said, food was great

This establishment loads up on sauces, lettuce and other filler. Oftentimes the order is nearly inedible with the amount of sour cream or quesadilla sauce that has been slathered onto it. When you dig in you find there is almost no meat. It's such a pattern I've seen so many times that I can't attribute it to laziness, and I've gotten tired of having to ask them to remake items. It's gotten especially bad with the 'cantina chicken' items they started offering recently. The last one I got of those had a single (!) thumb-sized piece of chicken in it. Seems like a store policy to short customers. It's not that cheap anymore, either.

Really, Taco Bell. Bring a classic back and treat it this way. Used to be my favorite. I've only been able to order it twice. This one was cold. The last one looked worse. but at least somewhat warm. Kicker. It's late at night when nobody is in line. It should be done right. Second pic was Feb 28th. By the time I ordered to drive up to the window. I got this. Plus they forgot stuff. Mind you. I was the only customer in line. Lobby was closed. Come home 3 minutes away to this and cold. I asked being a regular customer with other stuff. Excited to see it back. For a remake. Told no. That's hownitnis. It was un edible. Can we give negative stars somehow. Reached out politely to higher ups. No response. These were two different orders. Has anyone reached ou from TB. Nope! I've even called.. one looks disgusting m. The Ither looked like it was dropped. they laughed and did nothing. Taco Bell for ya!

We ordered two chili cheese burritos through Uber Eats. It arrived quickly but this was our burritos. One is basically empty and the other was almost just as bad! We paid almost $8 for these. What a waste of money!! Horrible.

Visited the drive thru at this location at 1am. We were 3 cars in, but we were out of there in less than 5 minutes. The staff was friendly, singing songs, and having a good time while still being customer service oriented. Our order was perfect with plenty of our favorite, the Diablo sauce.

The disappointment with this Casper Taco ???? Bell is that they will not give the app or advertised price on their food ????. My wife went to the west side Taco Bell to get some Taco pizzas that were advertised on the app for $1 each. When she got there she was told that the advertised price was not available. Very disappointing ????

I ordered two crunch wrap supremes, I took like five bits into this and I was still not getting an beef like they are suppose to have beef in them I’m really disappointed and will never eat their if they really think I’m gonna ask for extra beef just so I can actually get a bit with beef then you are so wrong????

The breakfast is horrible. You get mostly tortilla with little egg and sausage or bacon. Where you taste nothing, but tortilla. Never will get breakfast from this location or Taco Bell ever again. Skimpy on ingredients. As for Lunch/Dinner. It is hit or miss if you actually get enough ingredients to taste something other then tortilla. Guess they have to be skimpy as much as possible. Specially, after rebuilding this location. Funny how the workers want $15 an hour, but make lousey food. Just another typical fast food joint. It's almost not worth spending money at these lousey and skimpy places... Pathetic service...
