Best WLM Reviews
In my opinion... this is the best taco bell in CR. I come here more at night than I do any other time, but the night people are ALWAYS the best. Treat me great, quick service, and great humor. Especially loved getting an array of sauces, not even being sarcastic. The night that happened was the best night for me.
I don't care for the new touch screens to order. I still have to wait to pay when using cash.
The bathroom and dining room were clean. Staff was friendly and kept busy working. You can't say that at a lot of fast food restaurants anymore.
I can't rate the food because I never got any. Pulled into the drive thru at 12:15, 3 cars ahead of me. One by one they moved until at 1:05 I was sitting at the intercom and no one spoke for 10 minutes. I pulled around to the window and some kid with a bag of trash said "Sorry, we closed at midnight,we are out of meat"
You think MAYBE you could turn off the sign so people don't waste time? The kid at the window was also rude. It's bad enough to be stuck with only Taco bell after working 12 hours, but to be treated like that.
Never again.
Cashier was very sweet and polite in the the drive thru. The naked chicken taco was excellent. I have always been a taco bell fan, but they took most of my favs off the menu (bring back green sauce!!!) The commercial did their job and I wanted to try one. Honestly surprised how good it was, lol, fried chicken breast as shell was crispy, but meat was tender . Sauce is nice and spicy, I think it's a jalapeño/avocado flavor and the lettuce, tomato and cheese were fresh and the combo ...just great. I have bought 2 since, one at a different location didn't come with the cardboard container and was a little harder to eat but ok. Went a few days ago and got another from this location and was as good as rhe 1st one. Hope they keep it on menu.
They kept losing orders and this one lady waited 20 minutes to be told her order was lost and she had to wait to get her money back. They had people clearing orders that weren't done. The people calling food wasn't calling food loud enough and gave someone attitude when they said they might need to call names louder. One of the workers went to the bathroom and then came back mean mugging everyone. They kept mixing orders up as well
my Food was astronomically good taco bell usually messes my order I got 10 cheesy gordita crunch's 5 crunchwrap supremes extra hot sauce 1000 nachos EXTRA CHICKEN and 100000000000000 Baja blast also I ordered entire 10 times in one serving I look like David I run 10 millimeters every day #Healthy
Contrary to many of the reviews that I’ve read, the drive through service was fast. But because of that the order accuracy was poor. I ordered a bean burrito without onions. The burrito was not only full of onions, but also had lettuce, tomatoes and several small pieces of rice. Their prep board must be filthy.
I'm very disappointed they got my order wrong and no way to call them it was late. Corporate was closed, and they have no vm, so i couldn't even get in contact with them for them to make it right. The service was fast, though, and the taco pizzas were good!
