Went through the drive-thru. The guy was nice and was patient with me, as I had not been in many years. After I paid, my soda was overfill, so it was dripping on me and the car. Didn't get any sauces or napkins. I had to wait until I got home to wipe up the soda.not sure I will go back.
Stood at the counter for 15 minutes while everyone was hiding in the back. Got my Gordita crunches and they had barely any meat, they’re 5-6 bucks a piece.
I will never understand how someone can be so bad at a simple task like rolling a dang burrito… this thing looks awful. Wonr be revisiting this store. Unreal dude can’t even roll a burrito…
I work a few blocks away so I frequent this place and almost every time the food is not a normal portion.. Today was the last straw, I got the grilled cheese nacho fries with beef and there were literally 6 fries and a tablespoon of meat. Ridiculous
Taco Bell is Taco Bell as far is food goes, but the service here is awful, they have you pull around to the front after ordering in the drive through just to wait out front for 15+ minutes. Half the time items are missing or made wrong. Clearly understaffed
It's delicious when you want it, when you don't want it the thought of it is abhorrent. This Taco Bell itself is probably one of the nicer ones I've been to but we know the place isn't going to be Michelin-starred, you know?
Drive-thru staff are pretty friendly. Food on the other hand is HORRIBLE and I love TB! Power Bowls are pathetic & th Crunchy Taco is…well, you can see. Would suggest Baden or Monaca, outstanding service & food!
Most of the low reviews were from 9-12 months ago so I gave it a shot. The window attendant was polite and awesome and took an accurate order. I received all of my food items, though I will note this location is more expensive than the one in Robinson per item.
