I do enjoy taco bell a lot, but some branches are just really not it. The one in Logan square does not give enough food if u order online and pick up in store. I got fries and they were not enough, or the usual amount you see with dine in. I would recommend to give specific instructions about your food with reminders for the staff for better service.
literally the worst taco bell that has ever existed. they consistently get orders wrong. no other taco bell i have ever been to has gotten my order so wrong so consistently. i do not eat dairy and i always order it without dairy, but i consistently get dairy products on my food at this location. never go to this location because whoever they hire are terrible at their jobs.
Easily the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. Have never gotten a complete order. Always missing items. I should’ve stopped ordering here years ago, but I am a dumb person. So they would probably hire me here.
Excited to finally try a Taco Bell Cantina. The food tasted fresh and the bean and cheese burrito was like I remember them tasting years ago. (That's a good thing!) If I lived nearby, I would probably be a regular here. It was also fun having a beer with my TB!
Very disappointing service, at night they did not take my order and sent me to the ordering kiosk. And while trying to place my order the kiosk went out. When I went to the counter they told me I couldn't place my order and turned me back to the ordering kiosk. National corporate needs to take a closer look at this location. Do not recommend, unless you are ok with getting treated like a burden just because you want to order food.
It was not even busy, and for the lackluster experience.. you are better off 100% going to a different establishment.
Everything was fine, however they gave me a starry soda instead of a strawberry lemonade. I ordered the lemonade so I wouldn't have a carbonated drink. The sauces were also missing.
Horrible all the way around. First was the atmosphere. Just came to pick up the food I had ordered and the employee seemed upset that they were there? When I told them my name and they literally shoved the order in my direction. Did not say anything at all or look at me. Not sure if this is par for the course or if the employee was having a bad day. On top of it was food taste. Gordita “Crunch” was a soggy mess. Gordita Mush should’ve been called as the would’ve been accurate. The chips tasted like they expired a year ago and the burrito was slop and cold at points. Will not be back.
I just tried to order my meal and that person told me they are too busy while nobody was there. I am sorry to post it but this is unacceptable.
