Ol girl was mean when her system was down. Pulled up to the window and was waved away, girl put cardboard in the window to ignore me. System is down frequently. Food is always old. I’ll make the drive to 161 or the other morse rd.
I recently placed a delivery order through the mobile app around 4:00am. My order was out for delivery by 4:12am, now I only stay 10 minutes away from this particular location so I don’t understand why or how it would take damn near an hour to arrive but that’s neither here nor there. My issue is with the delivery service, when I received a text message saying the delivery driver was getting ready to come down my street I went outside to the bottom of my driveway to wait. I wanted to make sure that the driver could easily see me, when I seen the driver coming down the street I waved so that they would know where to stop. The driver never stopped!!!! In fact they actually slowed down, made eye contact with me and then proceeded to drive off!!!! Confused I called the driver and when they answered they said and I quote “ Restaurant no good, Do you speak Spanish?” I said no I don’t speak a lick of Spanish so the driver just hung up on me. I thought maybe his phone got disconnected so I call back TWICE and was sent straight to voicemail! Several minutes later my order was cancelled, I am disappointed, annoyed, frustrated and above all still hungry as hell! I honestly hope that I get compensated for the inconvenience but to anyone reading this take caution when ordering early in the morning because you may never receive your food!!!
The drive thru was quick and the lady was super efficient and friendly. The last 2 times they've forgotten one of my items, so make sure you check your bag before leaving the parking lot.

Interestingly, I had to ask for my change. Yes, it was only a penny, but, I was owed a penny. Am I wrong, or is this penny owed to me? Not a big deal but it should be. Great food though. You might also don't forget to ask for sauce if they don't ask.
Ever time I go to this place past 12am there is a line and all the employees seem feed up. Tried to go through tonight and my order got canceled while I was next up to the window. They said “I can’t hear you” at the speaker then told me to pull forward after I had to spell out my name. Still never got my order bc it was canceled for some reason. I talked to the guy at the window and he he knew nothing why it happened. Little side note, I work at the Hollywood casino as a chef. It’s not that hard. I know it’s late, but others are just trying to get some food. My order was placed around 3:00am it doesn’t close till 5-5:30am and I waited for about 30 mins in line till my order got cancelled when I was next in line for the window.
I'm giving to stars not because the services bad. But because Taco Bell is too greedy to close. When people call quit in the middle of the night. McDonald's is closed at 2 AM if they are short staff. So why is is taco bell not closed if there's only two staff members?
I feel like they are short staffed. It takes a long time to get through the drive-thru. I wasn't even upset didn't mention anything. They comped my food. Although it wasn't necessary it was a very nice gesture. I will definitely be back.
