Best WLM Reviews
My name nachos fries were warm my nachos chips were kinda stale just were not good and the Mexican pizza had the most disgusting taste and after taste with a bad smell. No photos ???? it was all thrown away
Driving for Uber Eats and arrived 10 minutes before close and they did not want to assist me. The customers order should've been completed before I got there, they were more concerned about cleaning and closing the store. Taco Bell as a whole prides themselves of the 5th meal with the exception of this store I guess. They need to mentally prepare themselves to work the shifts they were given or the shifts need to properly reflect the amount of time it takes for them to close.
This place is the worst Taco Bell that I ever been. The people are extremely rude and they have this very nasty attitude towards you. I’m here to buy food Please people look at these reviews there are actually real. This is the worst place you can go. I am a big Taco Bell fan and this place is giving it a bad name because of the service because of the way they do your food looks like just threw my food in the bag and I had A special order with extra stuff and they didn’t do any of the extra stuff that I asked for. They just did a regular. They threw it in the bag and it was all nasty and cold stay away from this place.
I come to this location regularly. They are clean, with a friendly and competent staff that makes good food & gets the orders correct... 8 times out of 10. You just never know if you've come on a bad day. Since the consistency is lacking, they aren't quite 5 stars. If you've been here and had a bad experience, come again on a different day. Chances are the next time will be significantly better. I recommend this location over the other ones nearby!
Had an issue trying to order on the app so I could use a reward. Then tried ordering via a kiosk only to discover you can't use rewards on the kiosk. Finally the manager stepped in, took my order, and gave me the same pricing and discount as I would have had on the app. She made things right ????.
food was good but lady running the drive thru was so unecessarily rude i was actually taken aback because i thought she was joking. im not kidding she read off my order from the screen in a very snarky manner like im the one in the wrong for ordering. i even work at starbucks so i understand the frustration food service brings but it's unacceptable to talk to customers that way. i hope she improves her attitude or finds a new job.
Night shift (especially Melinda) Killed it! Food was fresh, Customer service was amazing, and wait time was short. Ever other Taco Bell I have been to is lacking. Great job ????????????????

The food presentation and quality are adequate, but the Cheesy Gordita Crunch shells often are stale.
3 stars for food.
The wait times are less than 5 minutes reliably, and the staff are courteous.
5 stars for service
The inside of the restaurant is always orderly and clean. I have no worries about sanitation. Music is also below 65dBFS, making conversation easy.
5 starts for atmosphere.
Overall, I’d prefer the freshness of the ingredients used to be higher, but most menu items are crafted well.
4 stars overall.
